死刑存于废

摘要：死刑的存在已经有好几千年的时间了，它的存在己经被人们熟知，触犯了那些条令会被处以极刑，也就是死刑。-直延续到今天我们仍然在用，然而随着社会的发展，人类文明的进步，有很多学者开始对这样-一个存在几千年的东西产生了疑问，质疑它的存在是否是道德的、是否是正义的、是否是符合人道主义、是否是维护人权的。存在即是符合那个区域内的大多数人的利益的，是符合社会发展的;然而又有很多地区废除了死刑，废除是人类社会的必然，随着文明程度的提高，人们会渐渐的认识到死刑并不是唯----种很强威慑力的惩罚办法。物质文明的提高，就是生产力水平高度的发达，个人能创造的价值更大，而且国家能够承受长期关押犯罪人的成本;精神文明条件是指民众不再迷信死刑的威慑作用，淡化报应心态。死刑剥夺的是人们的最基本的权利一生命权。存废之争不知是单单的在讨论学术，而是在理论能更好的证明其存在与否的利弊。

AbstractThedeathpenaltyhasexistedforthousandsofyears,anditsexistencehas
beenwellknown,andthosewhoviolatethoseordinanceswillbesentencedtocapitalpunishment,thatis,thedeathpenalty.Untiltodaywearestillusingit.However,withthedevelopmentofsocietyandtheprogressofhumancivilization,manyscholarshavebeguntoquestion-athingthathasexistedforthousandsofyears,questioningwhetheritsexistenceismoral,whetherIsitjust,isithumanitarian,orisitprotectinghumanrights?Existenceisintheinterestofthemajorityofpeopleinthatareaandisinlinewithsocialdevelopment;however,therearemanyregionsthatabolishthedeathpenalty.Abolitionisinevitableforhumansociety.Withtheimprovementofcivilization,peoplewillgraduallyrealizethatThedeathpenaltyisnottheonlytypeofpunishmentthatisverydeterrent.Theimprovementofmaterialcivilizationmeansthatthelevelofproductivityishighlydeveloped,thevaluethatindividualscancreateisgreater,andthecountrycanbearthecostoflong-termdetentionofcriminals.Theconditionofspiritualcivilizationisthatthepublicnolongerbelievesinthedeterrenteffectofthedeathpenaltyanddilutesthementalityofretribution.Thedeathpenaltydeprivespeopleoftheirmostbasicright,therighttolife.Idonotknowwhetherthedisputeoversurvivalissimplydiscussingacademics,butthatthetheorycanbetterprovetheadvantagesanddisadvantagesofitsexistence.
