[ABSTRACT]BACKGROUND&OBJECTIVE：Correctlydealingwith

patients，109underwentmediastinaIlymphnodesampling(LS)．and110
underwentsystematicmediastinaIlymphadenectomy(SML)SurvivaIstatuses
ofthepatientswereanalyzedbyLifetablemethodandKaplan—Meier
method：theprognosiswasanalyzedwithCOXmultivariateregressionmodeI．
RESULTS：The1一，3一，and5一yearsgwivalrateswere82％．28％．13％fn
LSgroup，and88％，37％，16％inSMLgroup．Themediansurvivaltime
wassignificantlylongerinSMLgroupthaninLSgroup(23．5monthsVS．20．0
months，P<0．05)CoxmultivariateanalysisshowedthathistopathoIogictype，
metastasisstateofmediastina{lymphnodes，mediastinumIVmphnode
resectionpaternwereprognosticfactorsofstageⅢANSCLCpatients．
CONCLUSION：AscomparedwithLS．SMLinradicaIoperationcould
improvethesurvivaIrateofstageⅢANSCLCpatients．
