寿胎丸对提高体外受精-胚胎移植临床妊娠率的影响

【摘要】目的观察寿胎丸加味对提高体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)临床妊娠率的影响。方法将2001－2003年中山医科大学深圳泌尿外科医院试管婴儿生殖中心采用IVF-ET助孕术后的有随访条件者80例随机分为2组,治疗组40例,对照组40例,治疗组自胚胎移植后除常规肌注黄体酮外运用中医辨证辅助治疗,对照组仅常规肌注黄体酮,不予其他干预,对2组疗效进行观察和比较。结果治疗组40例,妊娠23例,临床妊娠率57.5%,平均孕激素水平(22.45±1.31)μg/L,妊娠流产率13.0%。对照组40例,妊娠12例,临床妊娠率30.0%,平均孕激素水平(10.18±0.89)μg/L,妊娠流产率25.0%,2组临床妊娠率、平均孕激素水平、妊娠流产率差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.05)。结论运用寿胎丸为基础方辨证治疗对提高IVF-ET临床妊娠率、降低妊娠流产率疗效显著优于单纯用黄体酮治疗。

Abstract：ObjectiveToobservetheeffectofShoutaiwanonimprovingclinicalpregnancyrateofinvitrofertilization-embryotransfer(IVF-ET).MethodEightypeople,whowereeasytobefollowedupandpregnantwiththeassistantofIVF-ETbythetube-babycentreofShenzhenUrologySurgicalHospitalofZhongshanMedicalUniversityfrom2001to2003,weredividedintotwogroupsrandomlywith40peopleforeach.Treatmentgroup,afterembryotransfer,werenormallyinjectedprogesteroneandauxiliarytreatedoftraditionalChineseMedicineaccordingtosyndromedifferentiation.Thecomparinggroupwereonlyinjectedprogesterone.Thecurativeeffectwasobservedandcompared.ResultIn40casesoftreatmentgroup,23caseswerepregnant,clinicalpregnantratewas57.5%,theaveragelevelofprogesteronewas(22.45±1.31)μg/L,pregnantabortionratewas13.0%.In40casesofcomparinggroup,12caseswerepregnant,clinicalpregnantratewas30.0%,theaveragelevelofprogesteronewas(10.18±0.89)μg/L,pregnantabortionratewas25%.Thereweresignificantdifferencesintheclinicalpregnantstatisticalrate,theaveragelevelofprogesteroneandpregnantabortionratebetweenthetwogroups.ConclusionIt’smoreeffectivethatthesyndromedifferentiationmethodbasedonShoutaiwanthanprogesteronetreatmentonlyinimprovingclinicalpregnantrateandreducingpregnantabortionrateofIVF-ET.
