基于Web的PLC控制系统远程监控技术的研究

摘要

根据化工生产信息化发展要求，在考虑国内化工生产现状的基础上，从现代化工业不
断网络化及化工生产设备远程控制的角度出发，本论文对PLC远程监控技术进行了讨论，
实现了基于Web的PLC控制系统的远程监控。
论文讨论了工业生产远程监控的结构特点与发展趋势，提出了远程监控的设计方案，
包括总体结构设计、硬件结构设计、软件设计、通讯设计。研究了网站设计技术及Web服
务器的搭建方法，提出并实现了PLC远程监控网站的设计方案，研究了基于数据库通讯及
其WinCCWebNavigator的远程访问解决方案。论文从多角度讨论研究了远程工业网络的
安全性设计。
该系统运用了先进的计算机技术、Web技术，借鉴西门子全集成自动化的设计思想，
通过使用PHP软件、Apache软件、西门子软件等，实现了工业以太网控制网络与信息网络
的融合，构建了一个集远程控制与监控为一体的远程工业监控网络，并使用Web技术设计
了远程监控网站，实现了工业信息的共享。该系统的设计体现了生产信息化的开放性、共
享性、交互性与协作性的特点，对现代化工业生产有积极的促进作用。

ABSTRACT

Inthedevelopmentofindustrialautomation,moreandmorepeopleattachimportancetoindustrial
controlconfiguartionsoftwarewhichisoneofthemostimportantpartofautomationsoftware.Configuartion
softwareisakindofspecialsoftwarethatisusedtocollecttheon-sitedataanddisplaytheprocessof
production,itistheexpansionofcomputertechnologyserviceinindustrialfield.Withtheimprovementof
industrialautomation,thedemandofproductioncontrolsystemismorediversified.Configuartionsoftware
reversalofpastbehaviour,graduallyreplacethetraditionalsoftwareandadoptedbythedesigner.
Wonderwareisadeveloperthatdesignthehumaninterfaceautomationsoftwareandconfiguartion
software.Intheearliertime,Intouchisgetedtobeknownasmonitoringsoftwarebychinaandacquiredby
theusersandapplicatedwidely.Becauseofthis,onthebasisofTianjin1150mmreversingrollingmill,study
theapplicationofIntouchinthisproject.Inthesametime,accordingtotheinsufficiencyofit,putforwardthe
ideathatuseIntouchasadesignplatform,makeuseoftheadvancedprogramminglanguageandCOMmodule
toredevelop.
Thispaperdescribestheprocessflowsandthewholesystemdesignofthe1150mmreversingrollingmill.
