[内容摘要]因特网的快速发展已经为企业提供了许多战略机遇，网上购物作为一种新的购物方式，为企业提供了新的销售渠道。尽管网上购物存在着种种困难，但它仍然会是商家和消费者都喜欢的方式，它的发展和增长速度会越来越快，其特点表现在购买人群、购买原因、购买物品、购买地点、购买时间和支付方式上。目前网上购物还不是很完善，存在着诸如商品质量难以保障、不及时送货、不履行售后服务承诺、客户隐私得不到保护和商家利用网站开展违法活动等问题。使消费者对网上购物的安全性和诚信度心存疑虑。对此，政府部门应出台相关的法律法规来规范网上购物行为，帮助消费者提高网上购物的自我保护意识和维权意识，企业应搞好网站建设，经营者也应当商业诚信和商业道德的建设。通过政府部门与企业、行业及金融和保障机构共同努力，解决消费者网上购物中存在的各种问题，使网上购物成为真正方便、快捷、安全、实惠的现代购物方式。

Abstract:TherapiddevelopmentofInternethasprovidedanumberofstrategicbusinessopportunities,onlineshoppingasanewwayofshopping,providinganewsaleschannels.Althoughthereareavarietyofonlineshopping,butitwillcontinuetobemerchantsandconsumerslikethewayitspaceofdevelopmentandgrowthwillbecomemoreandmorequickly,whichischaracterizedbythecrowdinthepurchase,thepurchaseofthereasonsforthepurchaseofgoods,thepurchaseofthelocation,purchaseandpaymentontime.Atpresent,onlineshoppingisnotaperfectsystem,thereareashardtoguaranteeproductquality,timelydelivery,non-performingafter-salesservicecommitmenttotheprotectionofcustomerprivacyandbusinessesarenotconductingillegalactivitiesusingwebsitesandsoon.Sothatconsumersofonlineshoppingsecurityandintegrityofdoubt.Inthisregard,governmentdepartmentsshouldbeintroducedtorelevantlawsandregulationstoregulatetheactsofonlineshopping,onlineshoppingtohelpconsumersimprovetheself-protectionawarenessandrightsawareness,businesswebsiteshoulddoagoodjobinconstruction,theoperatorshouldalsobebusinessintegrityandbusinessethicsofthebuilding.Throughgovernmentdepartmentsandenterprises,industriesandfinancialandsecurityinstitutionstoworktogethertoresolvetheconsumeronlineshoppingthatexistinallkindsofproblemsbecomearealonlineshoppingconvenient,fast,safe,cost-effectivewayofmodernshopping.
