清肝泻火法治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床研究.pdf

清肝泻火法治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的临床研究

摘要:目的:观察清肝泻火法治疗肝火旺盛型甲状腺功能亢进症的临床疗效。方法:将甲亢患者60例采用随机数
字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。两组病例均采用常规西医治疗，口服他巴唑片，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加
服中药，30d为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%，对照组总有效率83.33%，两组对比，差别有统
计学意义(P＜0.05);两组均可调节甲状腺激素水平，与治疗前相比，差别有统计学意义(P＜0.01)，治疗后两组对比，差
别有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);治疗组在改善中医临床症状，减少副反应方面，疗效优于对照组，差别有统计学
意义(P＜0.05)。结论:清肝泻火法能够调节甲状腺素水平、改善中医症状和体征、减少不良反应，比单纯西药治疗甲亢
疗效显著。
