摘要目的：探讨脂联素(ADPN)与2型糖尿病并发冠心病的关系。方法：采用ELISA法测定35例健康体检
者(正常对照组)、40例单纯2型糖尿病(T2DM组)及37例糖尿病并冠心病患者(DM—CHD组)血清ADPN及肿瘤
坏死因子一ot(TNF—o【)水平。结果：正常对照组、T2DM组和DM—CHD组血清ADPN水平分别为(1O．51±2．77)，
(7．51±3．19)和(4．94±3．57)mg／L，依次降低(P<0．05)；TNF—d水平分别为(0．96±0．27)，(1．20±0．22)和
(1．54±0．30)ng／L，依次升高(P<0．01)。糖尿病并冠心病患者ADPN水平与TNF
