血清脂联素水平与冠心病严重程度的关系

【摘要】目的探讨血清脂联素(APN)水平与冠心病及其病变严重程度的相关性。方法选
取135例行冠状动脉造影的患者,分别按Gensini积分、冠状动脉病变数目及临床诊断分组,进行血清
APN测定。结果Gensini积分0分组(74153±30176ng/mL)和<20分组(62199±26151ng/mL)
APN水平分别显著高于20～40分组(44106±15118ng/mL)和>40分组(28196±11187ng/mL),P
均<0101。20～40分组APN水平高于>40分组(P<0105)。APN水平与Gensini积分的对数呈负相
关(r=-01556,P<01001)。对照组APN水平显著高于单支、双支和三支病变组(74114±29148
ng/mL比55129±23140ng/mL、49131±25161ng/mL和38139±15157ng/mL,P均<0101),单支病变
组APN水平显著高于三支病变组(P<0101)。急性冠状动脉综合征组APN水平显著低于非冠心病
组和稳定型心绞痛组(47159±23157ng/mL比67105±31153ng/mL、62129±26162ng/mL,P<0101
和P<0105)。结论APN与冠状动脉狭窄程度、范围以及稳定性显著相关,有助于临床评价冠心病
病变程度及其进展。
