中国组织工程研究与临床康复第15卷第17期2011–04–23出版 JournalofClinicalRehabilitativeTissueEngineeringResearchApril23,2011Vol.15,No.17 PFN钉置入内固定与人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的比较 邓海源 Proximalfemoralnailversushemiarthroplastyforsenileintertrochantericfractures DengHai-yuan Abstract BACKGROUND:Proximalfemoralnail(PFN)internalfixationhasbeenwidelyusedforthetreatmentofintertrochantericDepartmentof fracturesinsenilepatientsandhasagoodtherapeuticeffect.However,itisstillcontroversialthatwhetherartificialjointOrthopedics,Tibetan MedicineHospital, replacementcanbeusedinintertrochantericfracturesinsenilepatients.Xining81000, OBJECTIVE:ToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofPFNinternalfixationversushemiarthroplastyinintertrochantericfracturesofQinghaiProvince, senilepatients.China METHODS:Sixty-twosenilepatientswithintertrochantericfractureswereselectedfromDepartmentofOrthopedicsatTibetan DengHai-yuan, MedicineHospital,theageofpatientswasfrom75yearsoldto87yearsold.AllpatientswererandomlydividedintoPFNgroupsAttendingphysician, (PFNG)andhemiarthroplastygroups(HEMG),andreceivedoperativetreatmentwithcommonoperativeroute.Operativetime,Departmentof bloodlessvolume,functionofhipjointandcomplicationwerecomparedbetweenPFNGandHEMGgroups.Orthopedics,Tibetan RESULTSANDCONCLUSION:Alloperationsofopenreductionandinternalfixationtointertrochantericfracturesin62casesofMedicineHospital, Xining81000, ①P② patientssucceeded.OperativetimewasnotremarkablydifferentbetweenPFNGandHEMG(>0.05).Bleedingvolume,QinghaiProvince, bloodtransfusionvolumeandtimeofgettingoutofbedwasdifferent(P<0.05),whichshowedthatoperationwoundwasbiggerChina inHEMG,buttimeofpostoperativerecoverywaspreponderanttoPFNG.③Incidencerateofmedicalcomplicationsand deformitiesofthehipjointwasdifferentbetweenPFNGandHEMG,whichshowedthatHEMGwaspreponderanttoPFNGinReceived:2010-11-15 Accepted:2011-01-28 ④ preventingpostoperativemedicalcomplicationsanddeformitiesofthehipjoint.Harrisscoreshowedactivityofhipjointinthe nearfutureinHEMGwaspreponderanttothatinPFNG.
