V-ing形式由“do＋ing”构成,V-ing可以带宾语或状语构成V-ing短语,没有人称和数的变化,但有时态和语态的变化。
语态
时态V-ing：表主动或进行
Notv-ing：否定式
Beingdong：v-ing的被动式表被动
Havingdone：v-ing的完成式表主动
和完成
Havingbeendone：v-ing的被动完成式表被动和完成

4.现在分词作状语时，根据需要可以在分词前加after,before等介词。

Beforehavingsupper,hedidhishomework.5.当表示分词的动作一发生，主句的动作随之也发生时，可以使用“on＋动名词”的结构，翻译成“一……就……”,能够用于这种用法的动词都是瞬间动词；如look,hear,see,open,close等。

=Onhearingthenews,theycouldn’thelpjumping.
