物流外包风险的分析与防范.doc

摘要
物流外包可以使企业集中精力于核心业务,从而赢得竞争上的优势。随着信息技术的快速发展和市场竞争的不断加剧，越来越多的企业选择了物流外包这一模式。但是惧怕物流外包过程中的风险阻碍了我国企业在物流外包方面的进展，同时也导致了我国的第三方物流市场发展缓慢。
本文介绍了物流外包的概念,从多角度阐述了物流外包的价值，分析了物流外包过程中产生的各种风险及其产生的原因，构建了物流外包风险评估指标体系，提出了物流外包风险防范的几种具体措施，并在最后，以红牛为例，分析了企业防范物流外包风险的成功经验。希望本文的研究有助于企业更客观地认识物流外包及其风险，主动利用物流外包以赢得竞争优势并采取措施有效防范其中风险,同时也能促进第三方物流市场的快速发展。

Abstract
Logisticsoutsourcingcanmaketheenterprisefocusontheircorebusinesstowinthecompetitionadvantage.Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnologyandconstantlyfiercemarketcompetition，moreandmoreenterprisesselectthemodeloflogisticsoutsourcing［1]。Butfearingrisksintheprocessoflogisticsoutsourcinghinderstheprogressofourcountryenterpriseinlogisticsoutsourcing，andleadtothethirdpartylogisticsmarketofourcountrydevelopingslowlyatthesametime。
Thispaperintroducestheconceptoflogisticsoutsourcing，expoundsthevalueoflogisticsoutsourcingfromvariousangles,analyzesavarietyofriskandthereasonsoftheprocessoflogisticsoutsourcing，constructthelogisticsoutsourcingriskevaluationindexsystem,putsforwardseveralkindsoflogisticsoutsourcingriskpreventionmeasures,andwithredbull，forexample,analyzestheexperiencewhichenterpriseguardsuccessfullyagainsttheriskoflogisticsoutsourcingintheend.Wehopethatthisresearchhelpsenterpriseunderstandinglogisticsoutsourcingandriskmoreobjectively,tousethelogisticsoutsourcingactivelytogainacompetitiveadvantageandtakingmeasurestoguardagainsttheriskeffectivelyandcanpromotingtherapiddevelopmentofthethirdpartylogisticsmarket.
