现代养生2024年5月第24卷第10期HealthProtectionandPromotion,May.2024,Vol.24,No.10783标准化护理程序在手术室微血管减压术中的应用效果分析李春红张兴月*【摘要】目的分析标准化护理程序在手术室微血管减压术中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月-2023年6月实施微血管减压术的患者96例，在组间基线资料均衡可比的原则下，按手术时间顺序将其分为两组（2022年7-12月的49例患者为对照组，2023年1-6月的47例患者为观察组），对照组患者应用常规程序进行手术护理配合，观察组患者应用标准化护理程序配合，比较两组患者的手术情况和手术医生、患者的满意度，评估两组患者术前的焦虑评分与抑郁评分。结果实施标准化护理程序后，观察组患者术前准备时间、手术时间显著短于对照组，术中出室取物次数显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组手术医生满意度评分和患者满意度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论标准化护理程序为手术室护理人员的护理配合提供了操作标准，可以提高手术效率，提高医生和患者满意度，减少患者的不良情绪。【关键词】面肌痉挛；微血管减压术；标准化护理程序中图分类号R651.3文献标识码A文章编号1671-0223(2024)10-783-04AnalysisoftheapplicationeffectofstandardizednursingproceduresinmicrovasculardecompressionsurgeryintheoperatingroomLiChunhong,ZhangXingyue.LiaochengSecondPeople'sHospital,Liaocheng252600,China【Abstract】ObjectiveToanalyzetheapplicationeffectofstandardizednursingproceduresinmicrovasculardecompressionsurgeryintheoperatingMethodsroom.NinetysixpatientswhounderwentmicrovasculardecompressionsurgeryfromJuly2022toJune2023wereselected.Basedontheprincipleofbalancedandcomparablebaselinedatabetweengroups,theyweredividedintotwogroupsinchronologicalorderofsurgery(49patientsfromJulytoDecember2022werethecontrolgroup,and47patientsfromJanuarytoJune2023weretheobservationgroup).Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutineproceduresforsurgicalnursingcooperation,whiletheobservationgroupreceivedstandardizednursingproceduresforcooperation.Thesurgicalconditionsofthetwogroupsofpatientsandthesatisfactionofthesurgeonandpatientswerecompared,andthepreoperativeanxietyanddepressionscoresofthetwogroupsofpatientswereResultsevaluated.Afterimplementingstandardizednursingprocedures,thepreoperativepreparationtimeandsurgicaltimeoftheobservationgroupweresignificantlyshorterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup,andthenumberoftimesthepatientwastakenoutoftheroomduringsurgerywassignificantlylessthanthatofthecontrolgroup,withstatisticalP<0.05);significanceThesatisfaction(scoresofsurgicaldoctorsandpatientsintheobservationgroupwerehigherthanthosei
