西安石油大学本科毕业设计论文波纹翅片的传热与流动特性研究摘要;近些年来能源与环境问题日益加剧,保护环境、降低能源消耗成为当今世界的主题,因此各行业的学者都肩负减少能耗的重任。板翅式换热器是在20世纪问世的,由于其在节省能源与材料方面的优越性,如今在石油化工、能源动力、冶金、制冷、航天等各领域已经获得了广泛的应用。翅片管换热器在制冷、空调等领域广泛应用。波纹翅片是这种紧凑式换热器的翅片类型中的一种,它增加了传热面积和扰流的程度,对换热器的性能有很大的提升。本文应用FLUENT软件针对波纹翅片管换热器空气侧换热进行数值模拟。并研究Re数、管排数和管径等参数对空气侧传热和流动特性的影响。同时对不同尺寸的波纹翅片进行了数值模拟分析并计算出各个模型的换热因子j和阻力因子f,根据他们的数值判断翅片在该模型下的性能优略。最后考察了波纹形式、管排、翅片间距、波峰到波谷投射长度和波峰到波谷高度对流动换热性能的影响。关键词:波纹翅片;数值模拟;换热因子;阻力因子;换热性能studyonheattransferandflowofwavyfinsAbstract;Inrecentyears,energyandenvironmentalissuesincrease,protectingtheenvironmentandreducingenergyconsumptionarethethemesofthepresentworld.Plate-finheatexchangerappearsinthe20thcentury,becauseofitssuperiorityintermsofsavingenergyandmaterials.Nowitisusedwidelyinvariousfieldssuchaspetrochemical,EnergyandPower,metallurgy,Refrigeration,aerospace,becauseofitssuperiorityinthesavingofenergyandmaterials.Scholarsinvariousindustrieshavetoshouldertheheavytaskofreducingenergyconsumption.Fin-and-tubeheatexchangeriswidelyusedinrefrigeration,airconditioning.Thewavyfinisoneoffintypesonthiscompactheatexchanger.Itincreasestheheattransferareaandthedegreeofspoiler,andimprovestheperformanceoftheheatexchangergreatly.Inthispaper,FLUENTisusedtosimulatethewavyfin-and-tubeheatexchanger,.Basedontheseresults,theeffectsofReynoldsnumber,tuberownumber,tubediameterandotherparametersonairsideheattransferandflowcharacteristicsarestudied.Atthesametime,Ihavecarriedoutthenumericalsimulationanalysisondifferentgeometricdimensionsofthewavyfins,Icalculatedtheheattransferfactorjandresistancefactorfofeachmodel.Accordingtotheirvaluewecanjudgetheperformanceofthatmodel.Finally,examinethecorrugatedformoftuberows,finspacing,theprojectedlengthofthecresttotroughandcresttotroughheighteffectsonflowandheattransferperformance.Keywords;wavyfins;numericalsimulation;heattransferfactor;resistancefactor;heattransferperformance目录第一章绪论…………………………………………………………………………11.1课题研究背景及意义…………………………………………………………11.2波纹翅片的特点和应用场合…………………………………………………21.3研究现状…………………………………………………………………
