探讨全身麻醉患者麻醉复苏期特殊护理体会摘要：目的：研究分析全身麻醉患者麻醉复苏期特殊护理体会。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院在2014年12月-2016年12月收治的100例行胃癌根治术的患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各有患者50例。其中对照组患者给予常规护理干预措施，而实验组患者给予输液加温仪以及保温毯等综合护理干预措施，对比观察两组患者的护理效果。结果：实验组患者拔管时间、苏醒时间以及复苏时间分别为（15.7±2.6）min、（45.2±1.8）min、（76.3±3.9）min；而对照组患者拔管时间、苏醒时间以及复苏时间分别为（26.2±1.9）min、（69.7±2.6）min、（108.7±5.8）min。实验组患者护理效果明显好于对照组，通过统计学方法进行检验分析，上述两组间的差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：相比较常规的护理干预措施，对胃癌根治术患者在麻醉复苏期给予其输液加温仪以及保温毯等综合护理干预措具有更显著的护理效果。因此，该种护理干预方法值得在临床上进一步推广和使用。关键词：胃癌根治术；麻醉复苏期；护理体会Abstract:Objective:Tostudyandanalyzethespecialnursingexperienceofanaesthesiaduringanaesthesiainpatientswithgeneralanesthesia.Methods:theobjectofthisstudyistoselect100patientswhounderwentradicalgastrectomyinourhospitalfromDecember2014toDecember-2016.Theclinicaldatawereretrospectivelyanalyzed,andtheywererandomlypidedintotheexperimentalgroupandthecontrolgroup,with50patientsineachgroup.Thepatientsinthecontrolgroupweregivenroutinenursinginterventions,whilethepatientsintheexperimentalgroupweregivencomprehensivenursinginterventionssuchasinfusionheatingapparatusandthermalinsulationblanket.Thenursingeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Results:theexperimentalgrouppatientsextubationtime,recoverytimeandrecoverytimewas(15.7+2.6),min(45.2+1.8),min(76.3+3.9)min;whilethecontrolgrouppatientsextubationtime,recoverytimeandrecoverytimewas(26.2+1.9),min(69.7+2.6)min,(108.7+5.8)min.Thenursingeffectoftheexperimentalgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencebetweenthetwogroupswasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:comparedwiththeroutinenursinginterventionmeasures,thecomprehensivenursinginterventionmeasuresforpatientswithgastriccancerradicalresectionduringtheperiodofanesthesiarecoveryhavemoresignificantnursingeffect.Therefore,thiskindofnursinginterventionmethodshouldbefurtherpopularizedandusedinclinicalpractice.Keywords:radicalgastrectomyforgastriccancer;anaesthesiaandresuscitationperiod;nursingexperience麻醉恢复期的患者，在身体受到严重创伤和打击后，需要又一次忍受神志清醒后身体所收到损伤带来的痛苦，因此，在此期间需要接受精心的护理干预措施。作为医
