优质护理模式在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中的影响【摘要】目的：探讨在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中实施优质护理的效果。方法：选取我院收治的妊娠高血压综合征产妇48例，选取时间为2016年1月到2017年5月。按照随机数字表法将其均分2组，各24例。对参照组实施常规护理，对实验组采取优质护理。分析2组新生儿体质量、Apgar评分、产后出血情况等。结果：实验组产妇产后2h和24h的出血量相比于参照组较少，组间对比差异性显著（p＜0.05）；实验组新生儿体质量、Apgar评分与参照组相比较高，组间差异性明显（p＜0.05）。结论：对妊娠高血压综合征产妇实施优质护理，良好的控制了产后出血量，提高新生儿的体质量。【关键词】优质护理模式；妊娠高血压综合征；产后出血EffectofhighqualitynursingmodeonpostpartumhemorrhagenursingofpregnantwomenwithpregnancyinducedhypertensionZengXinghua，ObstetricsandGynecologyofBaiyinbranchofGansuProvincialHospitaloftraditionalChineseMedicine，730900Objective:Toinvestigatetheeffectofhighqualitynursinginthenursingofpuerperalhemorrhageinpregnantwomenwithpregnancyinducedhypertension.Methods:48casesofpregnantwomenwithpregnancyinducedhypertensionwereselectedinourhospital.ThetimewasselectedfromJanuary2016toMay2017.Itwaspidedinto2groupsaccordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod,eachwith24cases.Theroutinenursingwascarriedoutinthereferencegroupandthehighqualitynursingwastakentotheexperimentalgroup.Thebodymass,Apgarscoreandpostpartumhemorrhageinthe2groupswereanalyzed.Results:theamountof2Hand24hbleedingintheexperimentalgroupwaslessthanthatinthereferencegroup.Therewasasignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups(P<0.05).ThebodyweightandApgarscoreoftheexperimentalgroupwerehigherthanthoseofthereferencegroup,andtherewasasignificantdifferencebetweenthetwogroups(P<0.05).Conclusion:thehighqualitynursingofpregnantwomenwithpregnancyinducedhypertensionhasgoodcontroloftheamountofpostpartumhemorrhageandtheimprovementofthebodyqualityofthenewborns.[Keywords]highqualitynursingmode;pregnancyinducedhypertensionsyndrome;postpartumhemorrhage在妇产科疾病中妊娠高血压综合征较为常见，其发病率较高，主要为全身小动脉出现痉挛形成的，导致产妇出现蛋白尿、高血压等情况。还会出现视力下降、头痛、抽搐等情况，严重时会损伤各脏器。现对产妇实施优质护理的效果作分析。1.基本数据与方法1.1基本数据选取妊娠高血压综合征产妇48例，选取时间为2016年1月到2017年5月，使用随机数字表法分为两组，每组24例。实验组中，年龄区间为21~40岁，其年龄均值为（27.07±2.16）岁，孕周为37~41周，其孕周均值为（38.26±2.59）周。参照组中，年龄区间为岁，其年龄均值为20~39岁，孕周为37~42周，其孕周均值为（38.76±2.62）周。2组妊娠高血压综合征产妇均知情同意作为本次研究对象，对其基本数据研究，差异性不存在（p＞0.05）。纳入标准：所有产妇均为单胎产妇；均被确诊为妊娠高血压综
