普外科患者围术期采用综合护理干预的效果观察【摘要】目的：探究临床护理普外科手术患者的过程中，应用综合护理干预对围手术期的护理影响，为临床外科护理奠定基础。方法：自我院2014年10月-2017年3月期间收治的128例普外科手术的患者，对比患者应用不同护理方案对围手术期护理效果的影响。结果：予以不同护理方案后，试验组患者的自我效能各项指标评分（包括疼痛管理、躯体功能及症状应对等）均明显优于对照组，差异显著(P＜0.05)。试验组患者的心理状态改善情况显著优于对照组，如HAMD和HAMA等，差异显著(P＜0.05)。试验组患者的身体、心理健康等生活质量改善情况显著优于对照组，差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：临床护理普外科手术患者的过程中，应用综合护理可显著提升患者的自我效能，并有利于患者心理状态的改善，并有利于改善患者的生活质量，应广泛推广。【关键词】普外手术；综合护理；围手术期；效果ObservationontheeffectofcomprehensivenursinginterventioninperioperativeperiodofDepartmentofgeneralsurgeryJintangtraditionalChinesemedicinehospitalSichuan,ChengduGongXuelian610400【Abstract】objective：Objectivetoexploretheinfluenceofcomprehensivenursinginterventiononperioperativenursingduringtheoperationofclinicalnursingdepartmentofgeneralsurgerypatients,andlaythefoundationforclinicalsurgicalnursing.Method：128casesofDepartmentofgeneralsurgerypatientsweretreatedinthehospitalfromOctober2014toMarch-2017,andtheeffectofdifferentnursingprotocolsonperioperativenursingwascompared.Result：Aftergivingdifferentnursingprotocols,thescoresofself-efficacyindex(includingpainmanagement,physicalfunctionandsymptomsshouldbeequal)intheexperimentalgroupweresignificantlybetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,thedifferencewassignificant(P<0.05).Thepsychologicalstatusoftheexperimentalgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup,suchasHAMDandHAMA,thedifferencewassignificant(P<0.05).Thequalityoflifeofthepatientsintheexperimentalgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthatinthecontrolgroup,withasignificantdifference(P<0.05).conclusion：TheprocessofclinicalnursinginDepartmentofgeneralsurgerypatients,applicationofcomprehensivenursingcansignificantlyimprovepatients'self-efficacy,andisconducivetoimprovethementalstatusofpatients,andimprovethequalityoflifeofpatients,shouldbewidelypromoted.【Keyword】Generalsurgery；Comprehensivenursing；Perioperativeperiod；Effect在多种因素的影响下，普外科手术比例逐年升高。由于普外手术具有一定的创伤性，且自身特有的心理状态，均为普外手术的进行带来了一定的不确定性，为手术的顺利完成增加了难度[1]。在术前中，患者因为术中剧烈疼痛而产生一定的负性情绪、睡眠障碍、行动困难等，致使多数患者失去生活的信心，可能产生轻生的念头或是放弃治疗的想法，因此，应予以近来年普外手
