青岛航运产业集群发展研究.doc

PAGE\*MERGEFORMATVIII摘要随着经济全球化进程的加快及由此带来的生产要素在全球范围内自由流动和优化配置，全球经济版图中出现了某些地方“企业集中”的现象并形成了产业集群。由于产业集群在地区及全球经济增长中显示出越来越重要的作用，使得它成为了当今世界经济发展中一种颇具特色的形式，并且得到了国内外学术界和各国政府的广泛关注。青岛作为我国一个重要的港口型城市，航运业在推动其区域经济中有着十分重要的作用，虽然青岛在90年代就提出了发展产业集群的口号，但是在文献资料中很少出现有关发展青岛航运业集群的研究。因此本文试图将产业集群理论运用于青岛航运业中，并力求能够为青岛航运业集群指明发展方向，最终推动青岛航运业及地区经济进一步发展。本文主要按照下列顺序进行研究：第一章是本文绪论部分，简单介绍本文研究背景及意义、研究方法和技术路线；第二章是对产业集群理论的梳理，主要包括国内外产业集群内涵、基本特征和竞争优势，并同时对国内外产业集群理论进行综述；第三章是对青岛航运业的现状进行分析，主要包括航运内涵、分类和航运业集群判定方法。通过对青岛航运业集聚现状分析，总结出制约航运业集群发展的不利因素；第四章主要对青岛航运业集群发展趋势进行研究，并同时指出航运业集群发展模式的重要性；第五章是在第四章研究结论的基础上，通过对国内外典型产业集群发展模式的研究，提出了发展青岛航运业集群模式；第六章是对如何加快发展青岛航运业集群，提出相应发展对策及建议。关键词：产业集群，航运产业，集群模式，发展对策ABSTRACTWiththeacceleratedprocessofeconomicglobalizationanditbringsthefactorofproductionflowsfreeandoptimizesallocationinglobalscope.Somecertainpartsappearthephenomenonofenterprisesconcentrateinglobaleconomicmapanditformsindustrialcluster.Becauseoftheindustrialclusterhasplayedmoreandmoreimportantroleinregionalorevenglobaleconomicgrowth,ithasbecomeadistinctiveeconomicformincurrentworldeconomyanditisalsowidespreadconcernedbydomesticandinternationalacademiaandGovernments.QingdaoasanimportantportcityinChina,shippingindustryplaysanimportantroleinpromotingregionaleconomy.AlthoughthesloganofdevelopingQingdaoindustrialclusterhasalreadybeenputforwardinNineties,theresearchofdevelopingshippingindustryclusterrarelyappearsinrelatedliteratures.ThispapertriestoapplytheindustrialclustertheorytoQingdaoshippingindustry,seekstoindicatethedevelopmentdirectionofQingdaoshippingindustryclusterandultimatelypromotefurtherdevelopmentofQingdaoshippingindustryaswellastheregionaleconomy.Thecontentsofthispaperareasfollows:thefirstchapteristheintroduction.Ithassimplyintroducedresearchbackgroundandsignificance,researchmethodsandtechnicalroute.Thesecondchapterisontheanalysisofindustrialclustertheories,includingtheconnotation,basiccharacteristics,competitiveadvantageandtheorysummaryofindustrialclusters.ThethirdchapterisontheanalysisofthecurrentsituationofQingda
