水稻抛秧机毕业论文摘要本文以鼠笼式有序抛秧机的杠杆顶出机构和导苗管为研究对象。现有鼠笼式有序抛秧机上秧盘不能被有效压紧,会导致钵苗漏顶,从而影响钵苗的利用率和在田间的株距。针对这一问题,本文对鼠笼式有序抛秧机做了结构改进,并对杠杆顶出机构和导苗管的结构参数进行了优化。主要内容和研究结果如下:(1)对现有杠杆顶出机构优化程序实现可视化优化,求得最优参数。(2)以秧盘能被有效压紧为设计目的,对鼠笼杠杆顶出式有序抛秧机进行结构改进。原有秧盘上列间距为1mm,现改为列间距不均匀的排列方式。相应的对压盘装置做了改进,在压杆上增加滚轮,使得秧盘与压杆之间改为滚动摩擦,减小阻力。(3)以株距均匀性为目标,对钵苗下落过程进行运动学分析,根据抛秧机的总体结构及实际工作环境得出导苗管部分的约束条件,建立优化目标函数,编程得到优化结果,导苗管底圆半径约为169mm,高度为410mm,导苗管半锥角约19.5°。(4)根据优化参数,对鼠笼杠杆顶出式有序抛秧机构和导苗装置进行结构设计。(5)总结全文并提出进一步研究的设想及方法。关键词:水稻钵苗;抛秧机构;导苗管;压盘装置;优化AbstractThisarticlestudiesthecam-leverdetrusionmechanismandseedlingsguide-canalofmouse-cage-cam-leverdetrusiontypeorderedthrowin-gmechanism.Becauseofseedlingsplatecannotbepressedwellonthethrowingmechanism,somericeplotted-seedlingswillnotbepushedout.Iteffectstheutilizationofriceplotted-seedlingsandafterlandinghavinguniformspacingintherows.visualizetheexistingoptimizationprogramofcam-leverdetrusionmechanismandgetthebestresult.2.Improvethethestructureofcam-leverdetrusionmechanismforthegoalofseedlingplatecanbepressedwell.Originalseedling'srowspacingis1mm,nowtherowspacingisuneven.Improvetheplatendeviceforaddingwheelsonthebar.Slidingfrictionwillchangetorollingfrictionbythismethod,andtheresistancebereduced.3.Forthegoalofseedlinghavinguniformspacingintherows,buildthekinematicsmathematicalmodelofseedlingfalling,accordingthrowingmachine'sstructureandactualworkingenvironment,comeofcam-leverdetrusionmechanismoftheconstraintconditions,findconstraintconditionsandgettheresultofoptimization.Theradiusofcone'scircleoftheseedlingsguide-canalis169mm,theheightis410mm,thesemi-coneangleis.4.Accordingtotheoptimizationparameters,themouse-cage-cam-leverdetrusiontypeorderedthrowingmechanismandseedlingsguide-canalaredesigned.5.Intheend,thereisaconclusionforthepaper,andtentativeplansforfurtherresearchareputforward.Keywords:riceplotted-seedlings;throwingmachine;seedlingsguide-canal;platendevice;optimization目录摘要AbstractTOC\t"1,1,2,2,3,3"\hHYPERLINK\l"_Toc231804693"第1章绪论PAGEREF_Toc231804693\h1HYPERLINK\l"_Toc2318046
