安徽大学本科毕业论文题目：我国货币政策中介目标的选择学生姓名：刘文朋学号：H11014040院（系）：经济学院专业：金融学（辅修）入学时间：2012年3月导师姓名：贺云松职称/学位：讲师/博士导师所在单位：安徽大学经济学院完成时间：二O一四年五月我国货币政策中介目标的选择摘要货币政策中介目标是国家进行有效的货币政策调控的重要环节，它决定着货币政策对社会经济能起到预期作用和效果。自改革开放以来我国经济经历了高速的发展，但金融体系一直滞后，近年来我国以货币供应量为货币政策中介目标，但随着我国经济发展的不断深化，其弊端逐渐显现，挑战也越来越严重。新形势下我们如何加强货币政策的调控效果使得对货币政策中介目标的研究再次迫切起来。本文首先大致介绍了中介目标的相关概念及其产生的意义。从不同时代，不同国家在不同形势下所采用的各种不同的金融变量作为中介目标的实践中进行总结，发现优势突出问题。进而在对比当今我国以货币供应量为中介目标的货币政策，我国当前货币供应量目标面临着可控性、可测性、相关性都逐步弱化问题，坚持货币供应量是否还适合我国经济发展是个应思考的问题。本文就试图找出对我国经济发展作出推动的因素，也发现现阶段的问题所在，希望能对我国现有经济状况有一个更深入了解。关键词：货币政策；中介目标；货币供应量；演变TheChoiceoftheIntermediateTargetofMonetaryPolicyAbstractTheintermediatetargetofmonetarypolicyisanimportantaspectofcontrollingthemonetarypolicyeffectivelybythestate,anditdeterminestheexpecteffectofmonetarypolicyonsocialeconomy.SincethereformandopeningupofChina,China'seconomyhasexperiencedrapiddevelopment,butthefinancialsystemhasbeenlaggingbehind.China'smoneysupplyhasbeentheintermediatetargetofmonetarypolicyforalongtime,however,withthecontinuousdeepeningofChina'seconomicdevelopment,itsdisadvantageshavebecomemoreandmoregraduallyanditschallengehasbecomemoreandmoreserious.Howcanwestrengthentheregulatoryeffectofmonetarypolicyunderthenewsituationtomakeresearchontheintermediatetargetofmonetarypolicyurgentagain?Thispaperintroducestherelatedconceptandsignificanceofintermediatetargetfirstly.Andtheyaresummarizedbypracticewhichisfromadifferentera,differentusesindifferentsituationofdifferentcountriesanddifferentfinancialvariablesastheintermediatetarget,thenwecanfindproblemsandadvantages.Andincontrasttotoday'sChinatakingmoneysupplyastheintermediatetargetofmonetarypolicy,China'scurrentmonetarysupplytargetfacesthreeproblemsofweakening---controllability,measurability,correlation,anditisaconsiderableproblemthatifthestateadherestothemoneysupplyissuitableforChina'seconomicdevelopment.Thispapertriestofindoutthefactorstopromotetheeconomicdevelopmentofourcountry,andalsotofindtheproblemofthepresentstage.Ihopethatwecanhaveamorethoroughunderstandin
