L型探针馈电的微带天线仿真设计PAGEIIIL型探针馈电的微带天线仿真设计中文摘要近年来,随着移动通信系统业务的不断增加,通信设备不断朝着小型化方向发展,同时对天线体积,集成化及工作频段的要求也越来越高。重量轻,剖面低,成本低和易于集成的微带天线,受到大家的广泛的关注。目前微带天线的主要限制还在于天线的狭窄。经过数十年的发展,很多研究学者提出了拓展微带贴片天线带宽的方法,其中采用L型探针馈电的方式得到了很多关注。由于L型探针垂直部分及水平部分和贴片之间产生感抗和容抗,两者相互作用产生谐振,使天线频带拓宽或者呈现多频带。这使得L型探针馈电广泛应用于现代移动通信系统中。本文介绍了微带天线的辐射原理及微波射频段电磁波的基本理论及L型探针馈电的微带天线。文中依据理论分析以及数值计算相结合的方式设计出满足设计需要的微带天线并借助天线设计软件HFSS分析了L型探针水平段和竖直端长度对天线带宽的影响,在最后设计了一副进行仿真优化了的信号频段在3.2~4.4GHz的L型探针馈电的微带天线。关键词:微带天线;容感性;L型探针馈电;HFSS仿真ThedesignandSimulationofantennawithL-shapedprobefeedAbsractInrecentyears,withtheincreasingnumberofmobilecommunicationsystem,communicationequipmentdevelopedtowardsminiaturizationdirectionconstantly,andtheantennasize,highintegrationandfrequencyrequirementsarealsobecomingmoreandmoreimportant.Lightweight,withlowprofile,lowcostandeaseofintegrationhasgotwidespreadattentionbyallofus.Themajorlimitationsofmicrostripantennanowisthebandwidthoftheantenna.Afterdecadesofdevelopment,alotofresearchscholarsproposedmethodtoexpandthebandwidthofthemicrostrippatchantenna,whichadoptstheL-shapedprobefeedgetalotofattention.BecauseverticalsectionandhorizontalsectionofL-shapedprobecreateinductivereactanceandcapacitivereactance,andbothoftheminteracttoproduceresonance,thismakestheantennahaswidebandwidthormultiplefrequencybands.ThismakesL-shapedprobefeediswidelyusedinmodernmobilecommunicationssystem.ThispaperintroducestheradiationprincipleofmicrostripantennaandmicrowaveradiofrequencysectionofthebasictheoryofelectromagneticwavetransmissionandtheantennawithL-shapedprobefeed.Basedonthebasictheoryofmicrostripantennaanalysisandnumericalcalculationdesignamicrostripantennameetthedesignneed,andanalysistheeffectofthesizehorizontalandverticalsectionofL-shapedprobeontheantennabandwidthwiththeaidofwithsimulationsoftwareHFSS.Inthefinal,itdesignsamicrostripantennawithL-shapedprobefeedwhichthetransmissionsignalfrequencybandin3.2~4.4GHz.KEYWORD:Microstripantenna;Shouldtheemotion;L-shapedfeed;HFSSsimulation目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc35759
