外文文件翻译原文及译文文件出处：PackDamon.TheresearchofgreennewenergyveluclesfJ].JournalofCleanerProduction，,1(6):17-26.原文TheresearchofsreennewenergyvehiclesPackDamon1.IntroductionProvisionofenvironmentallysustainable(orgreen)privatetransportthroughouttheworldfacestwomainchallenges.Thefirstisurandevenregionalairpollution,particularlyintherapidlygrowingcittheindustrializingworld.Thesecondisglobalclimatechange,causedmainlybyrisingconcentrationsofgreenhousegases(GHGs)intheatmosphere.Thesetwobarrierstogreencarmobilitydifferinseveralimportantways.First,roadtrafficairpollutionproblemsaremorelocalibecauseoftheshortatmosphericlifetimesofmostvehiclepollutantsandThusregionalsolutionsareoftennotonlypossible,butalsoessential-Australiancities,forexample,can(andmust)solvetheirairpollutionproblemsthemselves-MattersareverydifferentforglobalclimatechangExceptpossiblyforgeo-engineeringmeasuressuchasplacinglargequantitiesofsulphateaerosolsinthelowerstratosphereorerectinghugereflectingmirrorsinspace，onecountrycannotsolvethisproblemalone.Climatechangeisaglobalproblem.Nevertheless,itispossibleforsomecountriesto‘freeload’ifthemajorityofnationsthatareimportantGHGemitter.Second，thereisagreementthatairpollution,especiallyinurbaareas，ispotentiallyaserioushealthhazard，andthatroadtransportcancontributegreatlytourbanpollutantlevel•Forthesereasons,governinmanycountriesarealreadytakingeffectiveactiononairpollution.untilrecently,climatechangewasnotrecognizedasamajorproblembysomekeypolicymakers,andallcountrieshaveyettotakeeffectiveactonreducingemissions.Third,vehicularairpollutantproblems，atleastintheOrganisationforEconomicCooperationandDevelopment(OECD)countries,arealreadyshowingthemselvesamenabletovarioustechnicalsolutions,suchaslow-sulphurfuels,unleadedpetrol,andthree-waycatalyticconverters.Someresearchershavearguedexplicitlythatglobaltransportemissionscanbereducedtoverylowlevelswithacombinationtwokeytechnicalsolutions-largeimprovementsinvehiclefuelefficieandaswitchtoalternativetransportfuels,suchasliquiabiofuel
