基于数字图像处理技术的缺陷检测算法研究.doc

摘要摘要伴随数字图像处理技术在工业领域发展，基于数字图像处理技术机件缺点检测得到了广泛应用：低成本、无损伤、准确0决速，使得机器视觉在缺点检测领域具备主要意义：本题专门研究基于数字图像处理缺点检测算法，并在工业组态软件中实现方便愈加好应用于实际。此次毕设在缺点检测识别中算法作了较深入研宄。关于机件表面缺阳检测，此次毕设针首先对可用于缺点检测图像处理各个基本算法，比如图像滤波，图像增强，图像形态学处理，图像分割，边缘检等进行了研亢。针对待检测图像配准问题，采取Matlab对于基于h俪s烏点检测图像配准、基于灰度信息模板匹配等各种算法进行了仿真。最终在毕设中采取了三种效果比较不错配准算法。针对待检测缺点图像，研宄并提出了基于信息熵缺点检测算法、基于图像形态学处理缺点检算法。并自己创新性提出了基于灰度信息模板匹配缺点检测算法并给予实现。取得了预想中结果，检测表面划痕效果清楚显著。针对算法封装与联合调试，在Visualstr黼“+下基于Opencv视觉库，把检测算法封装成动态链接库文件，然后供工业视觉组态软件调用。经测试，程序运行，容错能力良好。检测程序适用范围也比较广。此次毕设也我熟悉并掌握Visualstud10c软件，软件和图像处理以及Opencv知识。同时培养了良好编程能力，分析和处理可题能力，为以后科研扎实了基础。关键词：缺点检测；信息墒；模板匹配；Opencv西安交通大学本科毕业设计（论文）ABSTRACTABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentofthechgitalimageprocessingtechnologyintheindustryfields,thedetectiontechnologyaboutmechanicaldefectsbasedondigitalimageprocessinghasgotwidelyused.Low-cost,nodamage,accurateresultandfastdiagnosing,makesthemachinevisionplaysanimportantpartinthefieldofsurfacedefectsdetection.msthesisresearchspeciallyaboutthealgorithmsofdefectsdetectionbasedonthedigitalimageprocessingtechnology,anditisachievedintheXavis,whichISoneoftheindust1Yconfigurationsoftware.Soitcanbeputintousebetter.*Histhesisresearchestheapplicationinthedetectinganddistinguishingaboutdefectsindepth,Westucliedmanyelementalalgorithmsoftheimageprocessingaboutthesurfacedefectsdetection,suchasimagefiltering,imageenhancement,imagemmphologyandsegmentation,edgedetection.Toslovetheproblemoftheimageregisttration,weputforwardthedefectdetectionalgolithmsbasedonhamscornerandtemplatematchingingraylevel,andgetthesimulationresultswithMatlab.Finallywepickoutthreebetterimageregistrationalgolithms.Aboutthedisabledimagetobedetected,westudiedandputforwardthedefectdetectionalgolithmsbasedoninformationentropyandtemplatematchingingraylevel.Beingtested,wegettheresultsexpect,alsothesurfacescratchesareclearlyevidentToachievethealgolithms'packagingandassociateddebugging,wemakethedetectionalgolithmintothedynamiclinklibrmyfilesunderVisualStudio44basedonOpenCVvisionlibrawwhichcanbeusedbyXavis,oneoftheindustryconf
