双卧轴强制式混凝土搅拌机设计毕业(设计)论文.doc

山东科技大学学生毕业设计（论文）PAGEXXXVI摘要混凝土搅拌设备是建筑机械中的一个重要设备，它是混凝土生产的一个关键设备。由于混凝土搅拌设备的工作对象是砂石和水泥等混合料，并且用量大，工作环境恶劣。因此混凝土搅拌设备在向高技术、高效能、自动化、智能化的方向发展有很大的必要性。现代建筑工程中搅拌机的广泛应用，不仅减轻了工人的劳动强度，还提高了混凝土工程的质量，对我国的基础设施建设做出了很大贡献。本次设计主要对双卧轴强制式混凝土搅拌机进行设计，包含搅拌桶的设计、料斗的设计等。依据国家的相关标准，在零部件、材料、结构工艺等方面设计出结构合理的、满足要求生产需要的混凝土搅拌设备。重点研究搅拌装置的设计、制造。对涉及的零部件进行设计、校核，对各部件提出细化的参数内容，待各零件的尺寸正式确定后，进行总体布置，满足各种要求。双卧轴强制式混凝土搅拌机在搅拌过程中，通过搅拌轴的回转运动来带动搅拌叶片对筒内物料进行剪切、挤压和翻转推移等搅拌作用，使物料在相对的剧烈运动中的得到充分的拌合，因而它具有拌合质量好、能耗低、效率高等优点。关键词：混凝土搅拌机、质量、能耗、效率、寿命长AbstractTConstructionmachineryconcretemixingequipmentisanimportantdevice,itisoneofthekeyequipmentofconcreteproduction.Sincetheconcretemixingequipmentisworkingobjectssandstoneandcementmixture,andtheamountoflarge,poorworkingconditions.Therefore,concretemixingequipmentinthehigh-tech,high-performance,automated,intelligentdirectionofgreatnecessity.Modernbuildingengineeringmixerwidelyused,notonlytoreducethelaborintensity,butalsoimprovethequalityoftheconcreteprojectonChina'sinfrastructureconstructionhasmadegreatcontributions.Thedesignfocusesonthetwin-shaftcompulsoryconcretemixerdesign,comprisingmixingbucketdesign,hopperdesign.Inaccordancewithrelevantnationalstandards,inparts,materials,constructiontechnologyandotheraspectsofthedesignofthestructureisreasonable,tomeettherequirementsoftheproductionneedsofconcretemixingequipment.Itfocusesonthemixdesignmixdevicemanufacturing.Ofsparepartsinvolvedinthedesign,verification,eachmemberputforwarddetailedargumentswithintolerance,tobeformallyidentifiedthesizeoftheparts,theoveralllayout,tomeetvariousrequirements.Twinshaftcompulsoryconcretemixerinthemixingprocess,todrivethroughtherotarymotionofthestirringbladesofthestirringshafttubematerialtocut,squeezeandflipgoesonandsostirring,sothatthematerialobtainedinarelativelyvigorousexerciseinfullthemixing,sothatithasgoodmixingquality,lowenergyconsumptionandhighefficiency.Keywords:Concretemixer,quality,energyconsumption,efficiency,longlife绪论近年来随着我国经济建设及科学技术的高速增长，基本建设规模不断扩大，建设队伍不断增加，大城市基础建设、房地产开发业的迅猛发展，推动了混凝土生产产
