高速轮对轴箱悬挂系统设计兰州交通大学本科毕业设计(论文)PAGE\*MERGEFORMATPAGE\*MERGEFORMATI摘要车辆检修随着我国动车组在全路的广泛运用而成为各路局和动车组检修基地的重要任务。作为转向架关键部件,轮对轴箱悬挂系统的检修是动车组各级检修中的重要组成部分,为了保证车辆检修的顺利开展,充分保证动车组的安全运行,需要研究动车组轮对轴箱悬挂系统的加工与检修工艺。本文把CRH2型动车组为研究对象,对其轮对轴箱悬挂系统各部件进行加工工艺分析,并且利用Solidworks软件对其进行三维建模,从而加深对加工工艺的理解。在装配其零部件时,参考现场的安装顺序与配合进行模拟装配,从而可以更好的理解装配工艺。最后,通过查阅资料了解到转向架的检修工艺,并且根据本文的主要设计内容将相关内容整理集合,从而形成以轮对轴箱悬挂系统为一个整体的检修工艺。由于动车组制造业的保密性,几乎所有的轴箱悬挂零部件都没有具体的尺寸,所以全部的三维建模工作都得按照工艺进行,从而可以尽可能的贴近实体零件。但是,这同时也使得三维建模的工作较为困难,其中的不足之处希望可以在以后的工作中得到学习。关键词:高速动车组,轮对轴箱,悬挂系统,检修工艺PAGE\*MERGEFORMATI高速轮对轴箱悬挂系统PAGE\*MERGEFORMATIABSTRCATAlongwiththeEMUofourcountryhasbeenwidelyusedinRailwaySystem,vehiclemaintenancehasbecomeanimportanttaskoftheRailwayBureauandtheEMUoverhaulbase.Asthekeypartsofthebogie,themaintenanceofthewheelsetandaxleboxsuspensionsystemisanimportantpartofEMUatalllevelsofmaintenance.Inordertoensurethesmoothdevelopmentofthevehiclemaintenance,andfullyguaranteethesafeoperationofEMU,weneedtostudytheprocessingandmaintenancetechnologyofEMUwheelsetandaxleboxsuspensionsystem.Inthispaper,wewillusetheCRH2EMUastheresearchobject,makesomeprocessanalysisonthecomponentsofthewheelsetandaxleboxsuspensionsystem,andcarryonthethreedimensionalmodellingbySolidworkssoftware,soastodeepentheunderstandingontheprocess.Whenassemblingtheparts,theinstallationsequenceandthefittingofthesitearesimulatedintheassembling,sothatwecantakebetterunderstandoftheassemblyprocess.Finally,Iunderstandtheprocessofthebogieoverhaulbyconsultingthedata,thenIorganizerelatedcontentaccordingtothemaindesigncontentofthispaper,sothatIcanformawholeoverhaulprocessofthewheelsetandaxleboxsuspensionsystem.DuetotheconfidentialityofEMUmanufacturingindustry,therearenospecificdimensionsforalmostalloftheaxleboxsuspensionparts,soalltheworkof3Dmodelinghavetobeinaccordancewiththeprocess,soitcanbeasmuchaspossibleclosetothesolidparts.However,italsomakestheworkof3Dmodelingmoredifficult,andIhopethatIcouldlearnthedeficienciesinthefuture.Keywords:HighspeedEMU;wheelsetandaxlebox;suspensi
