编号：毕业设计说明书题目：基于LabVIEW的自动测试系统实验平台院（系）：电子工程与自动化学院专业：测控技术与仪器学生姓名：彭彪学号：0600820322指导教师：殷贤华职称：讲师题目类型：理论研究√实验研究工程设计工程技术研究软件开发2010年5月14日摘要随着科学技术的发展，对电子测量与仪器的要求越来越高。自动测试系统孕育而生，发展非常迅速。“自动测试系统课程”是测控技术与仪器专业的主干课程，自动测试系统实验包括自动测试系统软件开发和组建，这对理论学习非常重要。开发基于局域网的自动测试系统实验平台，终端共享实验设备，节约实验成本，提高实验效率。根据自动测试系统课程的实验项目的需要，在对图形化软件开发工具LabVIEW以及用VISA为底层工具开发的虚拟仪器驱动程序进行深入研究的基础上，设计了基于LabVIEW的自动测试系统实验平台。它由硬件系统和测试软件组成，硬件系统由计算机、网关、GPIB仪器、VXI机箱及仪器模块和多功能实验板组成，测试软件包括虚拟任意波形发生器、虚拟示波器、虚拟万用表以及各实验项目测试程序。多功能实验板作为测试对象，可以根据各个实验项目的不同要求灵活设置。该实验平台可以完成对交直流电压电流信号、电阻、幅值、频率、周期、相位等基本参量的测量，满足自动测试系统实验项目的要求。通过测试验证，达到了预期设计目标，可以应用到自动测试系统实验当中。关键词：仪器驱动程序；虚拟仪器；实验平台AbstractWiththedevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,therequirementsofElectronicMeasurementandInstrumentsisbeenmoreandmoreimportant,thustheAutomaticTestSystemisemergedandisdevelopingrapidly.AutomaticTestSystem（ATS）isthemaincourseinthemajorofmeasurement&controltechnologyandinstrumentation.TheexperimentofATSincludessoftwaredevelopment&formationandisofgreatimportancetotheoreticalstudy.TheATSexperimentalplatformisbasedonLocalareanetwork,whichmakesequipmentsbesharedintheterminal.Inaddition,theATSexperimentalplatformalsosavestheexperimentcostaswellasimprovestheefficiency.TomeettheneedsoftheexperimentitemofATS，theATSexperimentalplatformisdesigned，basedonthestudyofLabVIEWwhichisakindofgraphicaltoolsandvirtualinstrumentdriverwhichisdevelopedbyVISA.Itconsistsofhardwaresystemandtestsoftware.Thehardwaresystemincludescomputer,gateway,GPIBinstruments,VXIbox&moduleandmulti-functionalPanel.Thetestsoftwareconsistsofvirtualprofilegenerator,virtualoscilloscope,virtualmultimeterandsomelabtestsprograms.Asthetestedobjects,themulti-functionalexperimentalboardcanbesetedflexiblyonthebasisofdifferentrequirements.ThisplatformaccomplishmeasurementsofACorDCvoltage,resistance,amplitude,frequency,cycle,phaseandotherbasicparametersaswellasexperimentitem.ThetestresultsshowthatitachievetheexpectedgoalsandcanbeappliedtotheAutomaticTestSystemexperiment.Keywords：InstrumentDriver;VirtualInstrument;Experimenta
