PBL式健康教育及早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者遵医行为及妊娠结局的影响摘要:目的:研究PBL式健康教育联合早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者的遵医行为及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月来院分娩的120例孕妇作为试验研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,两组均为60例。观察组给予PBL健康教育联合早期护理干预,对照组实施常规护理干预,对比产妇妊娠结局及遵医行为的组间差异性。结果:观察组产妇中未出现畸形儿,对照组产妇中有1例畸形儿,组间对比无显著差异(p>0.05);观察组的“妊娠高血压”、“羊水过多”、“巨大儿”、“早产”及“感染”不良事件发生率均明显低于对照组,组间对比差异显著(p<0.05)。观察组产妇的遵医行为明显优于对照组,组间对比差异显著(p<0.05)。观察组产妇的HAMA评分、HAMD评分均明显低于对照组,组间对比差异显著(p<0.05)。结论:PBL式健康教育及早期护理干预可有效改善产妇的不良心理状况,对于改善妊娠期糖尿病患者的遵医行为及妊娠结局均具有积极意义关键词:PBL式健康教育;早期护理干预;妊娠期糖尿病;遵医行为;妊娠结局Abstract:Objective:TostudytheeffectsofPBLhealtheducationcombinedwithearlynursinginterventiononcompliancebehaviorandpregnancyoutcomeofpatientswithgestationaldiabetesmellitus.Methods:Atotalof120pregnantwomenwhocametothehospitaltogivebirthfromJanuary2020toJanuary2021wereselectedasexperimentalresearchobjects.Theywerepidedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroupbyrandomnumbertablemethod,with60casesinbothgroups.TheobservationgroupwasgivenPBLhealtheducationcombinedwithearlynursingintervention,andthecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursingintervention.Thedifferenceofpregnancyoutcomeandcompliancebehaviorwascomparedbetweenthegroups.Results:Therewasnoteratomaintheobservationgroupand1teratomainthecontrolgroup,andtherewasnosignificantdifferencebetweenthegroups(p>0.05).Theincidenceof"pregnancy-inducedhypertension","hydramnios","macrosomia","prematuredelivery"and"infection"intheobservationgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencebetweengroupswassignificant(p<0.05).Thecompliancebehavioroftheobservationgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthatofthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencebetweengroupswassignificant(p<0.05).TheHAMAscoreandHAMDscoreintheobservationgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup,andthedifferencebetweengroupswassignificant(p<0.05).Conclusion:PBLhealtheducationandearlynursinginterventioncaneffectivelyimprovetheadversepsychologicalstateoftheparturients,andhaspositivesignificanceforimprovingthecompliancebehaviorandpregnancyoutcomeofgestationaldiabetespatientsKeyword
