“宽带薪酬”,一种新型的薪酬激励方式西南农业大学工商管理2001级1班zoukb指导教师:陈德中文摘要:宽带薪酬是一种区别于传统以“行政级别”为基础的薪酬分配方式。是将企业原来十几甚至二十几,三十几个薪酬等级压缩成几个等次,同时将每一个薪酬等次所对应的薪酬浮动拉大。宽带薪酬支持扁平组织结构,打破了传统薪酬结构所维护和强化的等级观念,引导员工重视个人技能的增长与能力的提高,有利于职位轮换及管理人员以及人力资源专业人员角色的转变和推动良好的工作绩效等特点。宽带的建立可根据企业的具体情况分为纵向宽带和横向宽带。在建立宽带薪酬体系时,要遵循内部公平性、外部竞争性、尺度统一、稳定性以及简单明了等一系列原则。在建立宽带薪酬时,最重要的是要确定宽带的数量以及每一宽带内薪酬的浮动范围。另外,推行宽带薪酬还要注意一系列的问题,如企业的人力资源战略必须明确、认清行业特点和竞争对手等。关键词:宽带薪酬绩效宽带数量浮动范围Abstract:Broadbandsalaryisakindofdistributiondifferentiatingtraditionalbasicsalaryallotmentmethodwhichwasregardas"administrationClass".Itisthattheenterpriseoriginallycompressmorethantenevenmorethan20,morethan30salarygradesintoafewclassesandmakeeachsalaryclasswhichiscorrespondingtofluctuatingofsalarylargeratthesametime.Broadbandsalarysupportsflatorganizationstructure,breaksthetraditionalconceptionofgrademaintainedwiththetraditionalsalarystructure,guidestheemployeestoattachimportancetotheincreaseoftheirpersonaltechnicalabilityandtheexaltationofthecapability.It’sgoodforthepostrotates,therolechangingofmanagersandhumanresourceprofessionemployeesandpushinggoodworkresultsetc.Theestablishmentofbroadbandcanbedividedintolengthwaysbroadbandandthehorizontalboardbandaccordingtotheconcretecircumstanceoftheenterprise.Whenestablishingtheboardbandsalarysystem,oneenterprisemustfollowtheinternaljustice,exteriorcompetition,dimensionsunify,stabilityandsimplenessetc.Whenestablishingboardbandsalary,themostimportantisfixingoncertainquantityofboardbandandthefluctuatingscopeofthesalaryineachboardband.Moreover,aseriesofproblemsmustbepayattentionwhenimplementingboardbandsalary,suchastheclearanddefinitehumanresourcestrategy,recognizingindustrycharacteristicsandopponentsofcompetitionetc.Keyword:BroadbandsalaryPerformanceBroadband
