PAGEIV内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)流量积算仪设计摘要近年来,伴随着工业生产、医疗卫生等领域的技术进步,人们对流量计量提出了更高的要求,而在全球自然资源供应日趋紧张的今天,提高流量测量精度更具有举足轻重的现实意义。因此,设计一个测量精度高、具有人机接口技术的流量积算仪具有很高的实用价值。论文以差压式流量计作为流量测量前端,采用STC89S52单片机作为控制核心,ADC0832为模数转换电路,并设计了由数码管和矩阵式键盘组成的人机对话接口。在测量过程中,系统将流量计节流所获得的差压信号,经差压变送器后变成4~20mA的电流信号,通过I/V转换电路变为电压信号,然后进入ADC0832转变为单片机可接受的数字量,经单片机进行处理、积分运算后送数码管进行累积流量的显示。在对流量计算方法深入研究的基础上,论文主要完成了流量积算仪总体方案的设计,同时完成了其硬件电路的设计和软件调试,成功完成了流量设定、累积和显示等方面的调试。关键词:流量测量;单片机;积算;ADC0832内蒙古科技大学毕业设计说明书(毕业论文)TheDesignOfFlowTotalizerAbstractInrecentyears,peoplehavepaidmuchmoreattentiontotheaccuracyofflowmeasurementastechnologyprogresses.Therefore,itisofgreatvalueindesigningaflowtotalizerwhichcanmeasureflowaccuratelyandhavetheman-machineinterfacetechnology.Theintelligentflowtotalizersysteminthisdesigniscombinedwiththedifferentialpressureflowmeter,pressuretransducerandthemicrocontrollerunittechniques.Thedifferentialpressureflowmeter,itisusedasthesensorofflowmeasurement.Andaimingforasmallandintelligentdesign,weusetheMCUnamedSTC89S52asthemaincontroller,theLEDsandthekeyboardastheuserinterface.Duringtheperiodofmeasurement,thetransductioncircuitstransformthedifferentialpressuresreceivedbythesensorsintothevoltagesignals,andthen,thevoltagesignalsaretransformedintodigitalsignalsbytheA/Dconvertor.TheMCUprocessesthesedigitalsignalsandcalculatesthecumulationoftheflow.FinallytheresultofaccumulatedflowisdisplayedinLEDs.Tothecurrentdeepresearch'sfoundationaboutflowcalculationmethod,thepaperhasmainlycompletedtheoverallconceptdesignoftheflowtotalizer,simultaneouslyhascompleteditshardwarecircuit'sdesignandthesoftwaredebugging,inwhichtheflowsetting,theaccumulationandthedemonstrationhasbeendebuggedsuccessfully.KeyWords:flowmeasurement;microcontrollerunit;flowtotalizer;A/Dconvert
