互联网金融背景下的征信体系的问题及解决措施 5.doc

内容摘要互联网科学技术的发展以及市场经济的需求不断扩大，进一步催生了互联网金融行业的出现，在此背景之下，征信体系的构建再一次被人们所熟知，也成为了互联网金融行业发展的一大桎梏，从这个角度上来说，本文展开了互联网金融背景下的金融征信体系问题探究。在第一部分中笔者首先详细说明了互联网金融背景下的征信体系现状及发展，随后深挖问题，认为目前存在着信息数据简单、政策法规缺乏、失信惩处不足、尚未搭建共享平台以及社会舆论不支持等方面的问题；同时针对上述问题进行了深入的原因探析，认为定位错位、互联网金融未普及、公平性难以保障、信息不对称等等因素，共同催生了这些问题；最终针对上述研究，笔者展开了措施的探讨，提出了更加具有针对性的对策建议。希望能够帮助互联网金融行业征信体系在未来的发展之路上更加顺利。关键词：互联网金融；征信体系；信用；法律；政府；信息数据AbstractInternetthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologyandthegrowingdemandofmarketeconomy,furtherhasgivenrisetotheemergenceofthefinancialindustry,theInternet,inthiscontext,theconstructionofcreditsystem,onceagain,iswellknown,hasbecomethefinancialindustrydevelopmentoftheInternetisadrawback,fromthisAngle,thispapercarriedoutunderthebackgroundoftheInternetfinancialfinancialcreditsystemproblem.Inthefirstpart,theauthorfirstelaboratedthecurrentsituationanddevelopmentofthecreditinvestigationsystemunderthebackgroundofInternetfinance,andthendugintotheproblems.Theauthorbelievedthattherewereproblemssuchassimpleinformationanddata,lackofpoliciesandregulations,insufficientpunishmentforbreachoftrust,notyetbuiltasharingplatform,andpublicopiniondidnotsupport.Atthesametime,thereasonsfortheaboveproblemsareanalyzedindepth.Itisbelievedthatthedislocationofpositioning,thelackofpopularizationofInternetfinance,thedifficultyinensuringfairness,theinformationasymmetryandotherfactorsjointlygiverisetotheseproblems.Finally,inviewoftheaboveresearch,theauthorcarriedoutthediscussionofmeasuresandputforwardmoretargetedcountermeasuresandSuggestions.HopetohelptheInternetfinancialindustrycreditsysteminthefuturedevelopmentoftheroadmoresmoothly.Keywords：Internetfinance;Creditinvestigationsystem;Credit;Thelaw;Thegovernment;Informationdata目录HYPERLINK\l_Toc28791_WPSOffice_Level1一、理论基础1HY
