哈尔滨石油学院本科生毕业设计PAGEVI摘要为了有效地支撑保护和控制顶板,必须设计出不同类型和不同结构尺寸的液压支架。液压支架的设计工作是十分重要的,因为它能极大地提高劳动生产率,被广泛地应用于现代化矿山的机械化工作面。本文简单介绍了支撑式、掩护式和支撑掩护式液压支架的特点;概括地说明了掩护式液压支架的技术参数、结构特点、工作原理和应用范围;阐述了四连杆机构的优越性。首先,根据给定条件进行比较分析,选择一种比较合理的方案,然后,根据工作条件,选择并确定支架的主要参数及支架各部分结构。在支架受力分析中,主要分析顶梁、掩护梁、底座等的受力情况,并根据受力确定各部件的结构尺寸,对其进行了强度校核。本文设计的液压支架稳定性好、整体性强、安全性高,符合安全生产的要求。关键词:液压支架;结构;强度;掩护式AbstractToprotectandcontrolcrestplankeffectively,wehavetodesignhydraulicsupportsthatbelongtodifferenttypesanddifferentstructuresizes.Thedesignworkofhydraulicsupportisveryimportant.Becauseitcanraiselaborproductivitygreatly,broadlyusedinthemodernmechanizedminingface.Thistextsimplyintroducesthecharacteristicofholdingsupport,shieldsupportandholding-shieldsupport.Itexplainsgenerallythetechniqueparameters,thestructurecharacteristics,workprincipleandapplicationsofshieldsupport.Italsoexpoundsthesuperiorityofthefourlinkagebar.Firstly,itcomparesandanalysesaccordingtothegivenconditions,selectsamorereasonableprogram.Thenaccordingtoworkconditions,thisdesignchoosesanddecidessupport’smainparametersandthestructureofallthepartsofsupportandthenselectstheappropriatehydraulicsystemthatitfitsthesupport.Intheaccepting-strengthanalysisofsupport,Analysismainlyaccepting-strengthstatusofroofbeam,coveringbeamandthebase.Structuresizesofallcomponentsisdecidedaccordingtoaccepting-strengthstatus,anditsintensityischecked.Thehydraulicsupportsthistextdesignswhosestabilityisgood,integrityisstrongandsecurityishigh.Itmeetstherequestsofsafeproduction.keywords:Support;structure;strength;shield目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l"_Toc481827217"摘要PAGEREF_Toc481827217\hIHYPERLINK\l"_Toc481827218"AbstractPAGEREF_Toc481827218\hIIHYPERLINK\l"_Toc481827219"第1章绪论PAGE
