PAGE\*MERGEFORMATi海南医疗旅游发展条件分析与战略研究PAGE\*MERGEFORMATii摘要十九大报告强调要进一步实施健康中国战略。当今社会，人们的物质生活水平已经得到了满足，伴随之而来的却是很多亚健康问题，慢性病，心脑血管疾病以及神经系统故障等等疾病也开始介入人们的生活影响着人们，对我们的健康产生了极大的威胁。健康是人类自始至终都在追求的事物，也是人类自古以来都在拼命维持的存在，而伴随着供给侧改革，国家大力发展旅游业，海南国际旅游岛也迎来了一片春天。医疗旅游成为海南发展的优势项。是机遇也是挑战，机遇在于本国缺少优质的医疗旅游资源，市场潜力很大。但是挑战也在于如何才能结合本国国情引进甚至是打造优质的医疗旅游资源，并且能适应我们国民的需求。本文通过对海南医疗旅游发展条件进行分析，结合十九大和博鳌亚洲论坛提出的新思想，通过博鳌乐城医疗旅游先行区对海南省医疗旅游进行战略研究，提出需要打造海南特色的旅游产品，以“疗养”吸引旅游者，并且注重品牌建设及管理，从而推动海南省的发展。本文旨在研究海南省发展医疗旅游的条件以及战略方法，通过期刊论文查询、官方数据查询统计与分析、定性与定量分析相结合等研究方法，提出依靠政策支持、打造海南特色的旅游产品，以“疗养”吸引旅游者，才能更好发展海南省医疗旅游。关键词：海南；医疗旅游；发展；战略AbstractTheNineteenthCPCNationalCongressemphasizedtheneedtofurtherimplementtheHealthyChinaStrategy.Intoday'ssociety,people'smateriallivingstandardshavebeenmet,andmanysub-healthproblemshavebeenaccompanied.Chronicdiseases,cardiovascularandcerebrovasculardiseasesandnervoussystembreakdownsandotherdiseaseshavealsostartedtointerferewithpeople'slivesandaffectpeople.Healthhascreatedagreatthreat.Healthissomethingthatmankindhasbeenpursuingfrombeginningtoend.Itisalsoanexistencethathumanshavebeendesperatelymaintainingsinceancienttimes.Withthereformofsupplyside,thecountryhasvigorouslydevelopedtourism,andHainanInternationalTourismIslandhasusheredinaspring.MedicaltourismhasbecomeanadvantageofdevelopmentinHainan.Itisanopportunityaswellasachallenge.Theopportunityliesinthelackofhigh-qualitymedicaltourismresourcesinthecountry.Themarkethasgreatpotential.However,thechallengeliesinhowwecanintroduceorevencreatehigh-qualitymedicaltourismresourcesinconjunctionwithournationalconditions,andcanadapttotheneedsofournationals.BasedontheanalysisofthedevelopmentconditionsofmedicaltourisminHainanandthenewideasputforwardbythe19thandBoaoForumforAsia,thisarticlemakesastrategicstudyofmedicaltourismin
