中国跨境电商的发展研究摘要与近几年呈下降趋势的跨境出口电商不同，跨境电子商务的进口业务近几年的年增速都在30％左右，各地自贸区和保税仓库的建立、新政策的出台，都为跨境电商创造了良好的发展环境，各种跨境电商平台层出不穷，不仅原本的电商巨头阿里巴巴、京东、亚马逊等纷纷加入，一些新的小品牌洋码头、小红书、蜜芽等小品牌也纷纷出现抢占市场。本篇论文主要就跨境电商最近几年的发展情况和其中存在的问题进行研究，首先查阅最新的资料，总结出我国跨境电商起步比较晚，但是近几年表现优异，发展很快，在规模和结构方面都已经发展到了世界前列的水平。此外，还对亚马逊、天猫国际和洋码头这三个具有代表性的跨境电商进行案例分析，得出我国跨境电商在物流、法律系统完善、售后服务等方面都存在问题。最后对这些问题提出解决方案。关键词：跨境电子商务；电子商务；中国ResearchontheDevelopmentofCross-borderElectricitySuppliersinChinaAbstractInrecentyearstheannualgrowthratesofcross-borderelectroniccommerceimportbusinessareatabout30%,whichisdifferentfromthedownwardtrendoftheexportofcross-borderbusiness.TheestablishmentofFTAsandbondedwarehousesandthepublishmentofnewpolicieshavecreatedagoodenvironmentforthedevelopmentofcross-borderbusiness.Alargevarietyofcross-borderbusinessplatformshavebeensetup.Previouse-commercegiantsAlibaba,Jingdong,andAmazonhavejoinedin,andsomenewbrandssuchasYmatou,LittleRedBook,andMiahaveappearedtoseizethemarket.Thispaperstudiesthedevelopmentandexistingproblemsofthecross-borderbusinessinrecentyears.Firstofall,summarizethedevelopmentofcross-borderbusinessinrecentyears,China'scross-borderbusinessstartedrelativelylate,butinrecentyearsithasgrownveryrapidly,thedevelopmentofscaleandstructurehasquicklyrangedintotheworldtoplevel.Inaddition,thispaperalsoincludescaseanalysisonAmazon,lynxandinternationaloceanpier,thesearetherepresentativeofcross-borderbusiness,thendrawsaconclusionthatthereexistsomeproblemsinthelogistics,theimprovementofthelegalsystem,andafter-salesserviceinChina'scross-borderbusiness.Finally,putforwardthesolutiontotheseproblems.KeyWords:cross-bordere-commerce；ElectronicCommerce;China目录摘要------------------------------------------------------------------------
