XX学院本科毕业生论文（设计）我国居民收入分配现状及对策研究学生姓名：XXX所在院系：经济系所学专业：XXX导师姓名：怀艳杰完成时间：PAGE\*MERGEFORMAT13摘要改革开放以来，我国居民收入普遍增加，但与此同时，当前城乡居民收入差距和城乡居民收入增长率不均衡，收入差距也逐渐扩大，学术界一直存在着收入分配问题。收入分配是一个古老的经济话题，如果的趋势继续下去，国家收入分配格局等相关问题成为学术界研究和争论的热点，也是一个普遍关注的社会问题。收入差距会急剧增加。目前，我国行业间收入差距问题越来越受到关注。以2011为例，对城市非民营企业，即国企工资，在东部地区最高，其他三个地区之间的收入差距不明显。而对于民营企业的收入，四个地区之间的收入差距也不明显。东部地区稍有优势。然而，在不同地区的国有企业和私营企业，工人的平均工资是非常不同的，即非私营企业和私营企业员工的收入差距是非常明显的，非私营企业员工的收入远远高于私营部门工人的收入。在目前阶段，在中国行业的最高和最低的行业收入差距仍然非常大。本文在促进经济发展和社会和谐的背景下，主要论述了我国收入分配的现状及对策，分析了收入分配的基本理论，最后提出了完善我国居民收入分配的对策和建议，即树立正确的公平价值观，只有解决收入分配中的问题，协调发展，加快发展，才能解决收入分配差距不断拉大的矛盾。关键词：居民收入分配，现状，对策AbstractSincethereformandopeninguptotheoutsideworld,ageneralincreaseintheincomeofourcountrydweller,livingstandardhasbeengreatlyimproved,butatthesametime,theincomegaphasgraduallywidenedbecomethemajorsocialprobleminChina'sreformanddevelopment,andadirectimpactontheconstructionofthesocialistharmonioussociety.Ifthecurrentincomegapbetweenurbanandruralandurbanandruralresidents'incomegrowthrateunbalancetrendtocontinue,theincomegapwillincreasesharply.Foralongtime,academiccirclesontheissueofincomedistributiontherehasbeena.Inrecentyears,inpromotingthedevelopmentofeconomyandtheharmonyofthesocietybackground,thegapofincomedistribution,thenationalincomedistributionpatternrelatedissuesbecomethefocusofthecurrentacademicresearchanddebate.ThispapermainlydiscussesthecurrentsituationandCountermeasuresofincomedistributioninourcountry.Firstly,thispaperanalyzestheincomedistributiontheory,thenthesituationofincomedistributioninChinawereanalyzed.Atlast,thepaperputforwardsomecountermeasuresandsuggestionstoimprovetheincomedistributioni
