南开大学滨海学院经管系·物流管理专业本科生毕业论文我国中小物流企业竞争力研究摘要中小物流企业是我国物流产业的主体,其是否可以发展壮大,是我国物流企业快速成长的关键。抓住企业的竞争重点,找出其存在的问题,尽快培育、强化企业核心竞争力,才能使企业获得长久的竞争优势,也是中小物流企业当前最为关键的任务。物流业作为我国新兴的行业,在经济全球化特别是金融危机的爆发后,经营环境变得日趋复杂和不确定,竞争变得日益的激烈。而中小物流企业面对国外物流企业和国内大型物流企业的竞争,企业的生存发展已经进入很大的困境,经过金融危机的洗礼和行业洗牌,中小物流企业应考虑企业变革增强竞争优势,重新取得市场竞争力。本文对照世界发达国家或地区企业物流的运作模式和中国企业物流的现状,提出了中国企业物流的发展战略。关键词:物流企业;竞争力;物流AbstractThemiddleandsmalllogisticsenterpriseisthemainbodyofChina'slogisticsindustry,whetheritcangrowanddevelop,isChina'slogisticsenterprisesrapidgrowthkey.Enterprisestoseizethekeycompetition,findouttheproblemthatitsexist,breedassoonaspossible,strengthenthecorecompetitivenessofenterprises,inordertoenableenterprisestoobtainlong-termcompetitiveadvantage,butalsosmallandmedium-sizedlogisticsenterprisesinthecurrentcriticaltask.Thelogisticsindustryasourcountry'sburgeoningindustryintheeconomicglobalization,especiallywiththeoutbreakofthefinancialcrisis,businessenvironmenthasbecomeincreasinglycomplexanduncertain,competitionbecomesincreasinglyfierce.Butthesmallandmedium-sizedlogisticsenterprisesinthefaceofforeignlogisticsenterprisesandlargedomesticlogisticsenterprisesinthecompetition,thesurvivalanddevelopmentofenterpriseshasenteredalotoftrouble,afterthefinancialcrisisandtheindustryreshuffle,thesmallandmedium-sizedlogisticsenterprisesshouldconsidertheenterprisereformandenhancecompetitiveadvantage,togainmarketcompetitiveness.ThisworlddevelopedcountryorregioncontrolledenterpriselogisticsoperationpatternandtheChineseenterpriselogisticspresentsituation,proposedtheChineseenterpriselogisticsdevelopmentstrategy.Keywords:logisticsenterprise;competitiveness;logistics目录TOC\o"1-3"\h\z\uHYPERLINK\l_Toc4762摘要PAGEREF_Toc47621HYPERLINK\l_Toc25324AbstractPAGEREF_Toc253242HYPERL
