摘要在如今的社会，随着移动互联网高速地发展,许多物流信息技术被逐渐普遍地应用，显而易见地，传统的快递配送模式已不能满足消费者的需求了。而此时此刻同城物流就迎来了新的契机,竟然短时间内就迅速地进入人们的视野，不仅在货物流通中发挥着巨大的作用，更是成为了物流配送体系中极其重要的角色。我国同城快递的业务量在随着“足不出户”消费经济的快速发展的同时，也在一年一年地往上升。所以，在进入高速发展时期的时候,消费者对配送的要求在提高,也因此引发出同城配送的许多问题，以及不足之处展露出来。为了能够在一定程度上为同城快递配送中存在的问题找到解决的方法，本文除了针对于互联网时代下众包物流模式对同城快递的影响进行分析，还介绍众包及众包模式的主体及其运行模式并提出相应的策略。首先是从同城快递的概念出发,阐述其发展的现状,发现存在的问题，再结合众包物流模式去探索解决的策略,并对我国同城快递业务的未来发展进一步剖析，目标是希望同城快递未来的发展在稳定中持续并且创造新的层次，让人们的生活需求得到更好更多的满足，另外也是为了达到节约社会资源，快递环保、低碳、绿色的目的。关键词：同城快递众包物流快递环保前景分析AbstractIncurrentsociety,withthehighspeeddevelopmentofmobileInternet,manylogisticsinformationtechnologiesareuniversallywidelyused.Itisobviousthatthetraditionalexpressdeliverymodecanmeettherequirementsofconsumersnotanymore.Atthismoment,thesamecitylogisticshasusheredinanewopportunity.Ithasquicklyenteredpeople’svisioninashorttime.Itnottheonlyoneplaysatremendousroleinthecirculationofgoods,butalsoturnsintoanextremelymajorroleinthelogisticsdistributionsystem.However,withtherapiddevelopmentof“stayathome”consumereconomy,thecityexpressbusinessvolumeinChinaisalsoincreasingyearbyyear.Asaresult,intherapiddevelopmentperod,consunmers’demandfordistributionhasalsoincreased,leadingtomanyproblemsandshortcomingsoflocaldistribution.Inordertosolvetheproblemsinthecityexpressdeliverytoacertainextent,thispaperanalyzestheinfluenceofcrowdsourcinglogisticsmodeonthecityexpressdeliveryintheInternetera,introducesthemainbodyandoperationmodeofcrowdsourcingandcrowdsourcingmode,andputsforwardcorrespondingstrategies.Firstofall,startingfromtheconceptofcityexpress,thispaperexpoundsitsdevelopmentstatus,findsouttheexistingissues,andthenexploresthestrategiestosolvetheproblemsinthecombinationwiththecrowdsourcinglogisticmode,andfurtheranalyzesthedevolp
