社会负面电视新闻报道视角下传播效果的实证分析摘要2011年10月13日，2岁的小悦悦（本名王悦）在佛山南海黄岐广佛五金城相继被两车碾压，7分钟内，18名路人路过但都视而不见，最后一名拾荒阿姨陈贤妹上前施以援手，此事件经媒体报道后，迅速引发网友广泛热议。此间，媒体的报道角度多种多样。然而，这些大量的公众事件报道，真的能够引导社会公众审视自我，道德重建吗？事实上，此类的社会公众事件的报道内容和方式，在社会上引起了很多负面影响，包括人们的一些认知，情绪，以及行为。如：小悦悦事件中的“路人”被人肉搜索，媒体审判。陈贤妹被媒体指责为了炒作，哭诉只想平淡生活。可见，如何对社会公众事件进行报道，如何避免上述情况的发生，是值得关注的问题。本文试图结合大众传媒的议程设置理论，以“小悦悦”事件的报道为例，结合相关文献综述，对媒体公众事件报道的议程设置进行探讨，力求完善媒体在错综复杂的社会和舆论环境中对于公众事件的报道，并且通过媒体正当干预来引导公众、有效预防与控制社会公众事件的传播效果。关键词：小悦悦事件；公众事件；媒体；设置议程ABSTRACTOnOctober13,2011,attheageof2smallyueyue(nameiswang)infoshannanhaiHuangQiguangfofivejinchengsuccessivelybeentwocarsrolling,7minutes,18ofstrangerpassingbutareblind,andfinallyaSheHuangauntChenXianMeiforwardtohelp,bythemediareportedtheevent,quicklytriggernetfriendwidelyhotdebate.Now,themediareportsofvariousangles.However,theselargepubliceventreports,reallyabletoguidethesocialpubliclookatourselves,moralreconstruction?Infact,thesocialpubliceventsofthecontentandway,inthesocietycausedalotofnegativeeffects,includingpeople'ssomecognition,emotion,andbehaviors.Suchas:smalljinfenshijiawillbethe\"l\"eventsofhumanfleshsearch,mediatrial.ChenXianMeibemediablamedinordertohype,cryingjustwanttonormallife.Howtothesocialpubliceventsofthereport,howtoavoidthehappeningoftheabovesituation,isanissue.Theauthortrytocombinethemassmedia'sagenda-settingtheory,with\"littleyueyue\"incidentreports,forexample,inconjunctionwiththerelevantliteraturereview,mediacoverageofthepublicagendasetarediscussed,andstrivetoperfectthemediainthecomplicatedsocialandpublicopinionenvironmentforpubliceventsinthereport,andthroughthemediaasinterventiontoguidethepublic,effectivepreventionandcontrolthespreadofsocialpubliceventseffect.Keywords:LittleyueYueevents；Publicevents；media；Coreagenda
