基于临床表现调研的压疮组织损伤分析研究【摘要】目的：通过临床表现调研对医院中的压疮患者进行研究，了解压疮组织损伤的相关情况。方法：选择20例压疮患者作为实验对象，并且根据患者压疮的时间进行分组，通过组织切片的病理研究和Tunel染色法，进行试验研究。结果：通过实验小组间的数据进行比较，压疮0d，鳞状上皮细胞较正常的细胞较薄，上皮细胞的影响较为严重，胶原肌纤维的排列顺序改变。压疮4d，鳞状上皮细胞持续变薄，上皮细胞损伤的程度加重，胶原肌纤维的排列顺序更加紊乱，间质的炎症浸润。压疮7d，组织上皮细胞的层次结构受到影响，层次不清晰，炎症浸润到皮下结节，并且充斥着这大量的中性粒细胞。压疮14d，压疮组织损伤的后期，再生的肌纤维中逐渐出现肌细胞，肌细胞的体积较小，细胞中间还有细胞核。结论：了解压疮不同分期的组织损伤，为临床工作中压疮的预防和治疗具有重要的作用。[Abstract]Objective:Toinvestigatethestatusofpressuresoretissueinjuryinhospitalbyinvestigatingtheclinicalmanifestations.Methods:20patientswithpressureulcerswereselectedasexperimentalsubjects,andthepatientsweredividedintogroupsaccordingtothetimeofpressureulcer.ThepathologicalstudyandTunelstainingmethodwereusedtocarryouttheexperimentalstudy.Results:comparedwiththedataoftheexperimentalgroup,thepressureulcerswere0d,thesquamousepithelialcellswerethinnerthannormalcells,theepithelialcellsweremoreserious,andthearrangementofcollagenfiberschanged.Pressureulcers,4D,squamousepithelialcellscontinuedtothin,epithelialdamageincreased,collagenfiberarrangementmoredisorder,interstitialinflammatoryinfiltration.Pressureulcers7d,thehierarchicalstructureoftheepithelialtissueisaffected,thelevelsarenotclear,inflammationinfiltratesintosubcutaneousnodules,andisfilledwiththislargenumberofneutrophils.Inthelatestageoftissueinjuryofpressuresore14d,themusclecellsgraduallyappearedintheregeneratedmusclefibers,thesmallerthemusclecells,andthenucleusinthemiddleofthecells.Conclusion:itisimportanttounderstandthetissueinjuryindifferentstagesofpressureulcerforpreventionandtreatmentofpressuresoreinclinicalwork.前言压疮又被成为压力性溃疡，是由于身体局部组织长期受压导致导致组织缺血坏死。由于压疮在临床会导致多种并发症，例如：骨髓炎、败血症、低蛋白血症。这些并发症不仅严重影响患者的治疗效果，严重的还会导致死亡。同时，压疮的发展趋势较快，压疮的初期可能出现在人们难以关注的小范围，使组织血液循环受阻进而导致组织缺血坏死，如果继续受压病程的进展会促使全层皮肤坏死。为此，为了能够促进人们对压疮各个分期的了解，本文就各个分期的压疮进行组织切片，根据相应的病理变化探讨
