信息对抗技术专业本科培养方案UndergraduateProgramforSpecialtyinInformationCountermeasure/warfareTechnology一、培养目标Ⅰ.EducationalObjectives本专业培养具备进攻与防御信息战技术系统及其决策支持系统以及民用信息安全防护等方面的基础理论知识和技术综合能力，能在科研单位、高等学校、信息产业及其使用管理部门从事系统设计、技术开发、操作管理和安全防护方面工作的高级工程技术人才。Theprogramisdesignedtoprovidethefundamentaltheories,techniquesandcomprehensiveabilityintheareasofcyberspacesecurity,decisionsupportsystem,andinformationassurance.Ouraimistonurturespecialtalentsinsystemdesign,research&development,andsecurityprotectionandmanagement.二、培养要求II.Requirements本专业学生主要学习以计算机网络空间信息对抗为主的各种信息对抗系统及决策支持系统以及安全防护技术的基本理论和基本知识，受到系统设计、技术开发、作战运用、安全防护和操作管理的基本训练，具备系统分析与综合集成、工程设计、军事与民用应用、安全策略与监控管理方面的基本能力。Thestudentswillmainlystudythefundamentalsandtheoriesofcyberspacesecuritysystem,decisionsupportsystem,andinformationassurancesystem,betrainedindesigning,developing,applying,protectingandmanagingtheinformationsecuritysystems,andbuildupthebasicabilitiesinsystemanalysis,systemintegration,engineeringdesign,militaryandcivilapplication,securityprotection,andmanagement.毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：1．掌握信息科学、电子学、自动控制和计算机科学学科的基本理论、基本知识；具有系统的基础科学理论，较宽且扎实的技术基础理论以及专门深入的专业知识，懂得一定的社会、人文科学知识；2．掌握信息对抗技术系统及其决策支持以及安全防护的分析与设计方法和研制技术；3．具有较强的自学能力，具有使用计算机和仪器设备解决工程技术问题的基本能力；基本掌握一门外语，能比较顺利的阅读本专业的外文书刊，有一定的听、说、读和写作能力；4．熟悉有关国家安全和国防建设的方针、政策和法规以及有关国际法律、法规；5．了解信息战及信息系统对抗技术领域的理论前沿、应用前景和发展动态；6．掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法，在本专业领域内具有一定的科学研究、科技开发和组织管理能力，具有较强的工作适应能力。Theknowledgeandabilitiesthatthegraduatesshouldgraspinclude:1．thebasicprinciplesandknowledgeofinformationscience,electronics,automaticcontrolandcomputerscienceaswellastheknowledgeofsocietyandhumanities;2．theanalysisanddesignofinformationsecuritysystem,decisionsupportsystem,securityprotectionsystem;3．strongself-learningabilityandthebasictechniquestosolvetheengineeringproblems;theabilitytoread,writeandspeakaforeignla
