农村土地流转对增加农民收入的影响研究摘要随着我们对农村土地深化改革的不断关注和发展历程的分析家庭联产承包责任制遭遇瓶颈逐渐显露了农民收入提高不明显、贫富差距不断扩大、农户分布零散、可种植面积小等问题针对这些问题衍生出了农村土地流转政策。这是改革开放80年代以后家庭联产承包责任制发展起来的而且是一条解决农村土地资源再配置的切实有效之路。为了统筹城乡发展促进农村土地有效流转提高农民收入研究农村土地流转和农民收入之间的关系具有十分重要的意义也是国家及各个领域时刻关注的重要任务。本文选择陕北延安地区为研究区域通过大数据对陕北延安地区农村土地流转的现状进行分析深入研究目前农村土地流转政策在实施过程中存在哪些问题?针对这些问题从具体原因分析结合农村土地流转实施成功地区的经验给出政策建议是文章研究的重点部分。要通过认识本质结合政策本身的缺口完善农村土地流转的市场环境改变农民群众的思想认知并集思广益借鉴国内外土地流转的模式和经验创新出适合中国国情的农村土地流转模式。关键词:农村;农民;土地流转;收入;影响AbstractWiththedeepeningofourdeepeningreformofrurallandandthedevelopmentoftheprocessofanalysisthehouseholdcontractresponsibilitysystembottlenecksandgraduallyrevealedthattheincomeoffarmersisnotobviouswideninggapbetweenrichandpoorscatteredfarmersscatteredsmallplantingareaProblemfortheseproblemsderivedfromtherurallandtransferpolicy.Thisisthereformandopeningupafterthe80'sfamilycontractresponsibilitysystemdevelopedandisasolutiontotherurallandresourcesre-allocationofeffectiveandeffectiveway.Inordertocoordinatethedevelopmentofurbanandruralareaspromotetheeffectivetransferofrurallandandimprovetheincomeoffarmersthestudyofrurallandcirculationandtherelationshipbetweenfarmers'incomeisofgreatsignificancebutalsonationalandvariousareasofthemainmomentofconcern.ThispaperchoosestheYan'anareainnorthernShaanxiastheresearchareaanalyzesthecurrentsituationoftherurallandcirculationinYan'anareaofnorthernShaanxithroughthelargedataanddeeplystudiestheexistingproblemsintheimplementationprocessofrurallandcirculationpolicy.InviewoftheseproblemsTheexperienceofrurallandtransferintheimplementationofsuccessfulareasgivespolicyrecommendationsasthefocusofthearticle.Throughtheunderstandingofthenaturecombinedwiththegapofthepolicyitselfimprovethemarketenvironmentofrurallandcirculationchangetheideologicalawarenessofthepeasantmas
