摘要科学技术的更新换代日新月异促进了我国经济和社会的发展。在此推动下高新技术企业也在快速发展。企业的发展需要更多的资金支持但由于政策环境、金融环境、竞争激烈等等诸多因素导致企业融资越来越困难风险越来越大。目前随着我国金融市场的快速多变和市场竞争愈发激烈越来越多的企业选择通过融资获得资金来扩大经营规模实现盈利目标频繁地进行融资。企业如果跟风且盲目地进行融资活动就会引发融资风险。本文以生益公司为研究对象探析该公司有关融资及其融资风险管控问题。经过分析后本文认为该公司目前存在的融资风险问题有金融环境不稳定、融资渠道开拓性不足、内部管理不善、缺乏准确有效的风险预警系统、管理层的风险意识薄弱等。基于以上发现的融资风险成因本文结合生益公司的经营特点提出了具有针对性的风险防范措施如调整发展战略、提高市场应对能力、拓宽融资渠道、提高企业的融资风险管理水平、建立完善的风险预警系统、强化管理层融资风险意识等等以期能最终改善生益公司面临的融资风险问题对融资风险加以防范帮助公司健康快速发展。关键词：上市公司融资风险风险管控预警系统AbstractScienceandtechnologychangeswitheachpassingdaypromotingthedevelopmentofoureconomyandsociety.Drivenbythishigh-techenterprisesarealsodevelopingrapidly.ThedevelopmentofenterprisesneedsmorefinancialsupportbutbecauseofmanyfactorssuchaspolicyenvironmentfinancialenvironmentalotofcompetitionandsoonAsaresultitismoreandmoredifficultforenterprisestoraisecapitalandtherisksaremoreandmoregreat.AtpresentwiththerapidchangesinChina'sfinancialmarketandtheincreasinglyfiercemarketcompetitionmoreandmoreenterpriseschoosetoobtainfundsthroughfinancingtoexpandthescaleofoperationstoachieveprofitgoalsandraisemoneyfrequently.Iftheenterprisefollowsthetrendandcarriesonthefinancingactivityblindlyitwillcausethefinancingrisk.ThisarticletakesShengyiCompanyastheresearchobjectanalyzesthecompanyrelatedfinancinganditsfinancingriskmanagementcontrolquestion.Afteranalysisthispaperthinksthatthecompany'scurrentfinancingriskproblemsincludeunstablefinancialenvironmentlackofpioneeringfinancingchannelspoorinternalmanagementlackofaccurateandeffectiveriskearly-warningsystemandweakriskawarenessofmanagement.Basedontheabove-mentionedfinancingriskcausesthispapercombinedwiththeoperatingcharacteristicsofShengyicompanyputsforwardtargetedriskpreventionmeasuressuchasadjustingdevelopmentstrategyimprovingmarketcopingabilitywideningf
