摘要随着国民经济的快速发展市场的竞争也激烈起来员工对岗位认知和需求也变得更加复杂种种现象导致员工的离职率也不断增长。为了紧跟时代的步伐与不断变化的形势薪酬管理也逐渐演变为一种吸引人才、留住人才、辅助企业实现战略的重要管理手段。由于薪酬满意度是人力资源管理中一项不可忽视的重要内容也是衡量企业薪酬管理制度是否有效合理运行的一个重要标尺。所以通过组织开展员工薪酬满意度的调查与分析可以真实了解到员工目前对薪酬真实感受收集第一手资料并从中分析发现其存在的缺陷与漏洞。如何提高员工薪酬满意度成为企业的头等大事。本文以宝利高电子公司基层员工为例根据以人为本的现代人力资源管理理论通过问卷调查的方法了解员工对薪酬制度的满意度和看法结合相关知识和公司的实际情况提出改善的建议和意见以便公司更好地留住人员增加企业的核心竞争力。并且企业进行员工薪酬满意度调查可以对公司的管理进行全面的审核有利于优化企业的薪酬管理政策进而对企业人才队伍的稳定、企业的凝聚力都能起到积极的推动作用。关键词:薪酬满意度基层员工调查问卷ABSTRACTWiththerapiddevelopmentofthenationaleconomymarketcompetitionisalsofierceandemployees'perceptionsandrequirementsofjobshavebecomemorecomplicated.Variousphenomenahaveledtothecontinuousincreaseofemployeeturnover.Inordertokeepupwiththepaceofthetimesandtheconstantlychangingsituationsalarymanagementhasgraduallyevolvedintoanimportantmanagementtoolthatattractstalentsretainsthemandassistscompaniesinachievingtheirstrategies.Assalarysatisfactionisanimportantcontentthatcannotbeignoredinhumanresourcemanagementitisalsoanimportantyardsticktomeasurewhethertheenterprisesalarymanagementsystemisoperatingeffectivelyandreasonably.Thereforebyorganizingthesurveyandanalysisofemployees'salarysatisfactionwecantrulyunderstandtheemployees'currentrealfeelingsaboutsalarycollectfirst-handinformationandanalyzeandfindtheirdefectsandloopholes.Howtoimproveemployeecompensationsatisfactionhasbecomeatoppriorityforcompanies.ThisarticletakesBaolihigh-levelemployeesasanexampleaccordingtothemodernhumanresourcemanagementtheoryofpeople-orientedthroughthequestionnairesurveytounderstandtheemployee'ssatisfactionandviewsonthecompensationsystemcombinedwithrelevantknowledgeandtheactualsituationofthecompanytoproposeimprovementsandOpinionssothatthecompanycanbetterretainstaffandincreasethecorecompetitivenessoftheenterprise.Inadditionthecompany'semploye
