2精准扶贫视角下农村保险供给侧结构性改革的研究——以广东省梅州市为例【摘要】党的十八届五中全会从全面建成小康社会的目标出发明确指出二〇二〇年我国在现行的标准之下实现农村地区贫困人口脱贫贫困县脱帽。保险具有提高农村居民抵抗风险的能力为农村居民提供保障帮助解决贫困潜在的经济问题与社会问题在“脱贫攻坚”战中起着至关重要的作用。而当前我国农村保险发展滞后在农村“脱贫攻坚”战中没能充分发挥作用。加大保险公司农村保险市场开发动力以及农村保险产品的创新培养农村保险市场增强农村居民的保险意识就尤为重要。本文从现有的农业保险、农村养老保险、大病医疗保险等出发以供给侧结构性改革的思维探索农村保险扶贫改革的路径并且提出有关的政策建议以此来有效推动农村保险扶贫的进程。【关键词】农村保险；精准扶贫；供给侧结构性改革；保险供给侧；Studyonthestructuralreformofruralinsurancesupplysideundertheperspectiveofprecisionpovertyalleviation:TakingMeizhouCityGuangdongProvinceasanexample[Abstract]TheFifthPlenarySessionofthe18thCentralCommitteeoftheCommunistPartyofChinastartingfromthegoalofbuildingawell-offsocietyinanall-roundwayclearlypointedoutthatin2020Chinawillachievepovertyalleviationoftheruralpoorunderthecurrentstandardsandpoorcountieswilllifttheirhats.Insurancehastheabilitytoimprovetheresistanceofruralresidentstoriskprovideprotectionforruralresidentshelpsolvethepotentialeconomicproblemsandsocialproblemsofpovertyandplaysavitalroleinthefightagainstpoverty.AtpresentthedevelopmentofruralinsuranceinChinalagsbehindandithasnotplayedafullroleinthebattleof"outofpoverty"inruralareas.Itisparticularlyimportanttoincreasethedevelopmentpoweroftheruralinsurancemarketofinsurancecompaniesandtheinnovationofruralinsuranceproductstocultivatetheruralinsurancemarketandtoenhancetheinsuranceconsciousnessofruralresidents.Basedontheexistingagriculturalinsuranceruralold-ageinsurancemedicalinsuranceformajordiseasesetc.thispaperexploresthepathofruralinsurancepovertyalleviationreformwiththethinkingofsupply-sidestructuralreformandputsforwardrelevantpolicyproposalssoastoeffectivelypromotetheprocessofruralinsurancepovertyalleviation.[Keywords]Ruralinsurance;Precisionpovertyalleviation;Supply-sidestructuralreform;Insurancesupplyside目录1前言11
