福山政治秩序思想研究.docx

摘要政治秩序理论是政治学的一大重要问题。在目睹很多后发国家出现政治动荡、美国等西方国家的政治制度出现结构性弊病、中国模式取得的巨大成就后福山的研究重心逐渐转向了政治秩序问题。福山的现实关怀和对前人的传承使得他形成了自己的政治秩序思想。国内虽有很多学者展开对福山政治秩序思想的研究但很少有学者对福山的政治秩序理论展开全面、系统地研究。因此本文试图通过对福山政治秩序理论展开系统研究以完善国内对西方政治秩序理论的研究。福山的政治秩序理论是这样一种逻辑：三大要件是福山政治秩序理论的表层三大要件的动态平衡是福山理论的核心要义政治秩序难以避免政治衰败这是政治秩序理论的一大补充。这是一种由表及里的理论。本文从福山政治秩序理论的形成背景、福山政治秩序理论的要件、福山政治秩序理论的核心要义、政治秩序到政治衰败几大方面入手运用文献研究法、定性研究法和比较研究法展开研究最后得出几大结论：福山的政治秩序理论看起来是要件问题但其核心要义在于基于国家与社会有效互动基础上的动态平衡；福山的“平衡”在实行起来具有很大困难；福山的政治秩序理论既存在理论贡献又存在理论缺陷；福山的理论有所修正但未在根本上突破“历史终结论”。关键词：政治秩序；构成要件；动态平衡；政治衰败AbstractThetheoryofpoliticalorderisanimportantissueinpoliticalscience.AfterwitnessingmanypoliticalupheavalsinthelattercountriesstructuralmaladiesinthepoliticalsystemoftheUnitedStatesandotherwesterncountriesandthegreatachievementsmadebytheChinesemodelFukuyama'sfocushasgraduallyshiftedtotheissueofpoliticalorder.Fukuyama'srealisticsolicitudeandhispredecessor'sinheritanceledhimtoformhisownpoliticalorderthought.AlthoughmanyscholarsinChinahavecarriedoutstudiesonFukuyama'spoliticalorderfewscholarshaveconductedacomprehensiveandsystematicstudyofFukuyama'spoliticalordertheory.ThereforethispaperattemptstoconductasystematicstudyofFukuyama'spoliticalordertheorysoastoimprovethedomesticresearchonWesternpoliticalordertheory.Thepoliticalordertheoryoffukushanissuchalogic:thethreeimportantelementsarethesurfaceofthetheoryofFukuyama'spoliticalorder.ThedynamicbalanceofthethreeimportantelementsisthecoreofFukuyama'stheoryandthepoliticalorderisdifficulttoavoidpoliticaldecaywhichisamajorsupplementtothetheoryofpoliticalorder.Thisisakindoftheoryfromtheinsideandinside.ThisarticlestartswiththebackgroundofFukuyama'stheoryofpoliticalordertheimportantelementsofFukuyama'spoliticalordertheorythecoreessentialsofFukuyama'spoliticalordertheorythepoliticalorderandthed
