自体脂肪筛选颗粒填充颞部凹陷的有效方法[摘要]目的：探讨应用自体脂肪筛选颗粒移植治疗颞部凹陷的有效方法。方法：通过注射麻醉液预先估计填充量选择抽吸自体脂肪颗粒清洗纯化筛选后超量移植填充颞部凹陷部位。结果：本组48例术后未发现有感染、坏死及液化等症状。随访1年38例一次成功8例由于凹陷较大补充注射一次效果满意。结论：自体脂肪颗粒筛选移植治疗颞部凹陷具有成活率高、其质感形态与周围一致、安全、效果好等优点。[关键词]自体脂肪筛选填充颞部凹陷[中图分类号]R62[文献标识码]C[文章编号]1673-7210（2011）02（c）-126-02AutologousfatboltinggranularspaddingtoreconstructtemporalareadepressionYANXiaohuiWANGPingCHENJuanXUHongxia(DepartmentofPlasticSurgeryNavyGeneralHospitalofPLABeijing100048China)[Abstract]Objective:Todiscusstheeffectivemethodofautologousfatgranularstransplantationinthetreatmentoftemporalareadepression.Methods:Autologousfatgranularswereextractedwithinjectorfromdonatingsiteandinjectedintotemporalareadepressionafterwashingandcleaning.Excessinjectionwasneededduetopartofautologousfatgranularswereabsorbedaftertransplantation.Results:Weperformedautologousfatgranularstransplantationintotalof48casesalloftheproceduresweresafe.Allofthemwerefollowedupfor1year38ofthetotalcaseswereinjectedonetime8ofthetotalcaseswereretreatedagain.Allcaseswerereconstructedbyautologousfatgranularstransplantation.Conclusion:Autologousfatgranularsinjectionfortransplantationisasafeandeffectivemethodintreatingtemporalareadepression.[Keywords]Autologousfatgranulars;Bolting;Padding;Temporalareadepression颞部凹陷是指面部颞区、眼眶的外上部（俗称太阳穴）的凹陷。传统使用人工材料充填颞部会有异物感、出现假体排斥及移位等情况。近年来脂肪干细胞研究获得重大进展为自体细胞颗粒移植提供了可靠的细胞学理论基础使这种方法得到大量应用但脂肪成活率不高常规需反复注射。2007年1月～2009年12月我科用自体脂肪筛选颗粒移植治疗颞部凹陷48例取得满意效果。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组凹陷48例均为女性年龄20～50岁。移植单侧量最多约30ml最少15ml。供区选择大腿外侧脂肪。随访1年效果满意。1.2术前准备1.2.1医生应了解患者面部的情况、手术的动机、对手术的期望是否符合实际等对后期的疗效判断有一定的帮助。1.2.2身体健康状况的检查：术前检查血常规、出凝血时间、血生化及免疫学检查排除心、肺、肝、血液等内科疾病详细询问既往的手术史、用药史、过敏史等。身体健康状况的检查可以排除影响脂肪移植效果的因素提高手术成功率。1.2.3手术前1周停止饮酒停用阿司匹林、维生素E及其他扩血管药物。1.3手术方法1.3.1术前检查：术前测量颞区凹陷范围与深度深层组织
