硫酸羟氯喹联合他克莫司治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效研究.docx

硫酸羟氯喹联合他克莫司治疗口腔扁平苔藓的疗效研究[摘要]目的观察传统免疫抑制剂（硫酸羟氯喹）联合他克莫司治疗口腔扁平苔藓的短期疗效和安全性。方法80例口腔扁平苔藓患者分为两组实验组给予0.0015%他克莫司溶液每日2次含服及口服硫酸羟氯喹片100mg每日1次对照组予口服硫酸羟氯喹片100mg每日1次治疗观察4周治疗结束时评价有效率和不良反应发生率。结果实验组治疗有效率为95.0%对照组治疗有效率为35.0%硫酸羟氯喹联合他克莫司对口腔扁平苔藓的短期疗效明显优于硫酸羟氯喹（χ2=31.65P=0.00）但两组不良反应率无明显差异。结论硫酸羟氯喹联合他克莫司对口腔扁平苔藓的短期疗效明显优于硫酸羟氯喹安全有效值得临床推广应用。[关键词]口腔扁平苔藓；他克莫司；硫酸羟氯喹[中图分类号]R781.59[文献标识码]B[文章编号]1673-9701（2015）16-0068-03[Abstract]ObjectiveToobservetheshort-termcurativeeffectsandsafetyofconventionalimmunosuppressor（hydroxychloroquinesulphate）combinedwithtacrolimusinthetreatmentoforallichenplanus.MethodsEightypatientswithorallichenplanuswereassignedtotwogroups.Theexperimentgroupwassublinguallygiven0.0015%oftacrolimussolutiontwiceadayandwasorallygiven100mgofhydroxychloroquinesulphatetabletsonceaday.Thecontrolgroupwasorallygiven100mgofhydroxychloroquinesulphatetabletsonceaday.Thetreatmentwasobservedfor4weeksandtheeffectiverateandincidenceofadverseeffectsattheendofthetreatmentwereevaluated.ResultsTheeffectiverateofexperimentgroupwas95.0%andthecontrolgroupwas35.0%.Theshort-termcurativeeffectofhydroxychloroquinesulphatecombinedwithtacrolimusinthetreatmentoforallichenplanuswassignificantlybetterthanthatofhydroxychloroquinesulphatealone（χ2=31.65P=0.00）buttheincidenceofadversehadnotsignificantlydifferentbetweentwogroups.ConclusionTheshort-termcurativeeffectofhydroxychloroquinesulphatecombinedwithtacrolimusinthetreatmentoforallichenplanusissignificantlybetterthanthatofhydroxychloroquinesulphatealonewhichissafeandeffectiveandisworthyofclinicalpromotionandapplication.[Keywords]Orallichenplanus；Tacrolimus；Hydroxychloroquinesulphate口腔扁平苔藓（orallichenplanusOLP）是口腔黏膜病常见病之一患病率较高约为0.51%表现为慢性浅表性炎症病损具有一定癌变倾向病因尚不明确目前尚无特效的治疗方法。硫酸羟氯喹为治疗扁平苔藓传统用药他克莫司为近几年治疗扁平苔藓的研究热门。本研究旨在
