31基于PLC的花样喷泉控制系统设计基于PLC的花样喷泉设计摘要针对传统的喷泉控制系统一旦设计好控制电路就不能随意改变喷水花样及喷水时间等问题本设计结合西门子S7-200可编程控制器设计能适应不同季节、不同场合的喷水要求目的的花样喷泉系统。花样喷泉控制系统的主要任务就是改变喷泉的喷水样式以达到有规律的改变喷泉喷水样式的目的。按下启动按钮喷泉装置开始工作按下停止按钮喷泉控制装置停止工作。喷泉工作方式由花样选择开关和单步∕连续开关决定。当单步∕连续开关选择单步时喷泉只能按照花样选择开关设定的方式运行一个循环；当单步∕连续开关选择连续时喷泉按照花样选择开关设定的方式运行多个循环直至按下停止按钮。花样循环方式选择开关用于选择喷泉的喷水花样本文设计四种喷水花样循环。PLC控制系统体积小、功能强、可靠性高且具有较大的灵活性和可扩展性的特点。用PLC花样喷泉控制系统不但实现了自动转换花样喷泉的喷水样式提高了系统的可靠性和安全性而且美化了我们的生活环境使我们的生活环境更加安逸、舒适。因此PLC控制系统具有一定的工程应用和推广价值。关键词：喷泉PLC控制花样喷泉系统ThepatterndesignbasedonPLCfountainAbstractIntraditionalfountaincontrolsystemdesigngoodcontrolcircuitoncecan'tchangepatternandwatersprayingtimesuchissuesthedesignwithSiemenss7-200PLCdesigncanadapttodifferentseasondifferentoccasionsofhydraulicrequirementsthepatternofthefountainsystempurpose.Figurefountaincontrolsystemisthemaintaskofthechangeofstylewaterfountaininordertoachieveregularchangeofthewaterfountainstylepurpose.Pressthestartbuttonandfountainsdevicestartedtoworkandpressthestopbuttonfountaincontroldevicetostopworking.Workbypatternchoicefountainwayswitchandasinglestep/continuousswitchdecision.Whenasinglestep/continuousswitchchoosesinglestepfountaincanonlychooseswitchissetaccordingtothepatternrunacycleway;Whenasinglestep/continuousswitchchoiceaccordingtothepatternforfountainswitchselectorwayoperationDuoGecirculationpressthestopbuttonuntil.Figurecyclewaychoicetoselectafountainofhydraulicswitchpatternthepaperpresentsthedesignoffourkindsofwaterspraypatterncycle.PLCcontrolsystemsmallvolumeandpowerfulfunctionhighreliabilityandhasagreaterflexibilityandexpansibilitycharacteristic.PLCcontrolsystemanddesignsfountainnotonlyrealizedtheautomaticconversionpatternfountainofhydraulicstyleimprovethereliabilityofsystemandsecurityandbeautificationourlivingenvironmentmakeou
