浅谈网上支付的问题与对策
摘要
20世纪90年代，我国电子商务开始兴起，随着网络经济时代的到来，我国电子商务得到了快速发展。电子商务运作模式和业务流程中的三个环节——信息流、资金流、物流是促进电子商务发展的关键，作为中间环节的网上支付，无疑是电子商务交易流程中的重中之重。从目前来看，我国网上支付虽然发展很迅速，但是也还存在着诸多的问题，此次论文将从网络环境的安全问题、网上支付的风险防范问题、社会的信用问题、网上支付的技术标准问题、电子货币的合法性问题和网上支付的金融监管问题等五个方面解读我国网上支付中存在的主要问题，并给出相应的对策和建议。此次论文的目的主要是让大家了解电子商务，认识电子商务中最重要的一个环节——网上支付，并注意到网上支付中存在的一些问题，以便让大家在网上购物的过程中更好的维护自己的权益，更好的构建安全的电子商务网络环境，促进电子商务更好更快的发展。

Inthe1990s,China'se-commercebegantorise,China'se-commercehasbeenarapiddevelopmentwiththeadventoftheamountofnetworkeconomyera.Theonlinepaymentisthemostimportantintheprocessofe-commercetransactions.Onlinepayment.Judgingfromthecurrentsituation,China'sonlinepaymentalthoughithasdevelopedveryrapidly,buttherearestillmanyproblems,thispaperwillbethesecurityofthenetworkenvironment,riskpreventionissuesonlinepayment,creditproblemsofsocial,onlinepaymentoftechnicalstandardstheinterpretationofthemainproblemsinChina'sonlinepaymentfiveaspectsoftheissue,thelegalityofelectronicmoneyandonlinepaymentoffinancialregulatoryissuesandthecorrespondingcountermeasuresandsuggestions.Themainpurposeofthispaperistomakeeveryoneunderstandthee-commerce,understandingthemostimportantlinkinthee-commerce-onlinepayment,andnotedthatsomeoftheproblemsthatexistintheonlinepayment,sothateveryoneintheonlineshoppingprocessbetterprotecttheirowninterests,tobuildthesecurityofe-commercenetworkenvironment,topromotee-commercedevelopmentofbetterandfaster.
