摘要
在今天，随着社会、经济的迅猛发展，生产、生活和生态的用水矛盾日益加剧，我国水资源总体短缺的问题日益突。中国是一个农业大国，农业的灌溉用水占去了水资源消耗的一大部分，不幸的是农业用水大部分进入了那些漫灌式的低效灌溉系统，水的利用率只有百分之三，发展节水农业已经迫在眉睫，大力发展节水灌溉系统建设也是意义深远。

ABSTRACT
Today,withthesocial,economic,rapiddevelopment,production,livingandecologicalcontradictionsofwaterincreasing,theoverallshortageofwaterresourcesinChinaisincreasinglysudden.Chinaisabigagriculturalirrigationwateruseaccountsforalargepartofthewaterconsumption,unfortunately,themajorityofagriculturalwaterfloodingintothosetypeofinefficientirrigationsystems,wateruseefficiencyisonly3%,thedevelopmentofwater-savingagricultureisanurgentneedtovigorouslydevelopwater-savingirrigationsystemconstructionisalsosignificant.
