花椒籽仁油对实验性高脂血症大鼠的防治作用来源:HYPERLINK"javascript:"中国论文下载中心[07-08-1410:37:00]编辑:studa20 - 作者:刘永英,王多宁,刘渊声,杨颖,赵雁武,王增禄,杨继庆 【关键词】花椒籽仁油;高脂血症;脂质代谢;血液黏度;氧自由基 Preventiveandtherapeuticaleffectofthekernelofzanthoxylumseedoilonexperimentalhyperlipidemiainrats 【Abstract】AIM:Toinvestigatetheeffectofthekernelofzanthoxylumseedoil(KZSO)onexperimentalhyperlipidemiainratsandtoprobeintothemechanismofpreventiveandtherapeuticaleffectofKZSO.METHODS:ThirtyhealthySDratswererandomlydividedinto3groups,includingcontrolgroup,hyperlipidemiamodelgroupandKZSOgroup.Controlgroupwasfedordinaryforage;modelgroupwasfedhighlipidforage;KZSOgroupwasadministratedintragastricallyKZSObesideshighlipidforage.Bloodsampleswereobtainedbycuttingnecksafter10weekfeeding.Thelevelsofbloodlipidsandthehemorheologicalparametersweredetermined,andtheactivitiesofsuperoxidedismutase(SOD)andcatalase(CAT),thecontentofmalondialdehyde(MDA)andtherestrainingabilitytohydroxylfreeradical(RAHFR)inthelivertissuesweremeasured.RESULTS:Comparedwiththemodelgroup,cholesterol,triglyceride,highbloodviscosity,andlowbloodviscosityoftheKZSOgroupweredecreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),highdensitylipoproteincholesterolwasincreased(P<0.05).TheactivitiesofSODandCATandtheRAHFRinthelivertissuesofKZSOgroupwereincreased(P<0.05,P<0.01)andthecontentofMDAwasdecreased(P<0.05)ascomparedwiththemodelgroup.CONCLUSION:KZSOcanmodulatethebloodlipid,improvetheindexesinhemorheologyandpreventlipidhyperoxidation.Themechanismmayberelatedtoitscomponentialeffects. 【Keywords】kernelofzanthoxylumseedsoil;hyperlipidemia;lipidmetabolism;bloodviscosity;oxygenfreeradical 【摘要】目的:研究花椒籽仁油对实验性高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢的影响,探讨其对高脂血症的防治作用机制.方法:30只健康SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、高脂模型组及花椒油组,对照组普通饲料喂养,其余两组均高脂饲料喂养,花椒油组同时给予花椒籽仁油灌胃,10wk后断颈取血,进行血脂、流变学检测,取肝组织测定SOD,CAT活性、MDA含量及抑制羟自由基能力.结果:与模型组相比,花椒油组的CHOL,TG,HBV,LBV降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),HDLC增高(P<0.05),而肝组织匀浆的SOD,CAT活性及抑制羟自由基能力均增强(P<0.05,P<0.01),MDA含量降低(P<0.05).结论:花椒籽仁油具有调节血脂、改善血流变、防止脂质过氧化的作用,其作用机制与其主要成分多不饱和脂肪酸的作用有关. 【关键词】花椒籽仁油;高脂血症;脂质代谢;血液黏度;氧自由基 0引言 动脉粥样硬化(arteriosclerosis,AS)是临床上最常见的疾病之
