DCS集散控制系统在祁南煤矿的应用

摘要：DCS集散控制系统是随着现代大型工业生产自动化的不断兴起和过程控制要求的日益复杂应运而生的综合控制系统，它是计算机技术、系统控制技术、网络通讯技术和多媒体技术相结合的产物，可提供友好的人机界面窗口和强大的通讯功能，是完成过程控制、过程管理的现代化设备。本文主要介绍以西门子S7-300和S7-200PLC、组态王6.53为结构的DCS系统在祁南煤矿地面生产系统的应用，集散控制系统的特点以及本系统的配置和所实现的功能。该控制系统具有多重控制方式，设有设备启动、停止、故障等动作时的语音预告、报警及自动弹出现场报警点的实时监控画面等信号提示。实现了对整个生产系统的实时在线监控,对整个过程实现‘可视’、‘可控’，所有工作记录‘可查询’，所有报警记录可打印，支持数据远传。采用变频控制，系统工作时能够自动根据系统负载情况自动调节输出电流，实现节能控制，提高了矿井机电设备管理水平的现代化、信息化。
